Very nice appartment. Well located, quiet street close to San Marcos Piazza and other amenities. Also has a Vaporeto station near by. We just missed to have internet access, but still it's a good place to stay considering its price.

Overall it is a good value for money since you are staying in the centre of all attractions and it is easy to get to the place. However we never saw the staff and didn't have opportunity to speak with them. Moreover we were charged additional taxes, about which we never had been informed before. The worst thing was that there were no towels as promised in the description. When we tried to ask about towels, the staff wrote NO. The staff wasn't helpful and friendly at all.

Overall this was a excellently located, clean, and nice appartment, and we enjoyed staying there. The only issue we had was that the water took a long time to come through hot, and when it did, it didn't stay hot long enough for both me and my girlfriend to have a shower.

First, the location of the apartment is excellent. It is very close to San Marco Square and walking distance to all the other islands. Second, because of own kitchen. I could enjoy a self-prepared big breakfast each morning before going out for the rest of the day. The weak point of the apartment was the heating, which was kind of turned off. It was very warm outside, so this was not an issue. Finally, weird sounds gave cool atmosphere.Buildings are old in Venice so expect ghosts:)) (joke)
