What a perfect place. The apartments themselves are away from the old town but we found this to be fine, as it's only a short bus ride (route six; 12 kuna single) to the old town; and all that that part of town offers. However, it's well worth checking out the Lapad area around the apartment as there are loads of great restaurants, walks and a nice beach for a dip. Irena and Maro were extremely welcoming and great hosts. Very recommended.
Really friendly welcome with a chat about Dubrovnik and helpful advice on the best places to visit in the Old Town and when it's best to visit them. The rooms were clean and comfortable and air conditioned. Located in a pretty and quiet part of Dubrovnik, you do need to take a bus to get the Old Town but you can find that easily just up the road. Would definitely recommend!
If you are looking for somewhere quiet this is lovely. Irena was lovely (it is a set of rooms in her home with a separate entrance so no time limit), the aircon was soo welcome and everything was spotless. the pictures don't do it justice so don't be put off, it's a beautiful big house. Don't be put off by not being in the old town, it's really easy to get the bus and it's right by a more modern area of restaurants and bars (pedestrianised) on the way to the best beach which is about 10mins walk
