This hostel is close to the main bus station. We booked it since we need to catch a bus to Mostar early next morning. Unless you need to catch a bus next morning, it's not in the best location as it's quite far away from the old town. Apart from its location, other aspects are good and the host is very friendly.

Nicolo and Maria were absolutely fabulous! It was like having grandparents abroad! The rooms were perfect for us, just the bed and some storage and you were in charge of the key. The entire place was clean and always welcoming. The only thing was it was a bit out of the way of the Old Town where you basically spend all of your time. The bus made it handy but it was a pain paying for it each time as the Dubrovnik card wasn't worth it for us. Great stay all around though! Thanks so much!

They were very friendly and helpful! I felt like I was a long lost relative the way I was greeted as if she knew me from a long time ago and sat us down for a drink!

Pretty good location on top of some stairs overlooking the ferry station. Easy to catch 5/ 10min buses to old town. Opposite a building with a supermarket and department store. U can use the stairs/escalators in that small shopping mall to climb up the hill. Very good seafood/pizza restaurants near the tourist office opposite the ferries. Very friendly old couple running the place. Even picked us up from bus station when nearby restaurant owner helped us to call them for directions.

This place was pretty out of the way. It took much longer to get there from the bus station than they said it would (no public transportation), and then about 20 minutes on bus to get to the Old Town. The thing that made this experience somewhat enjoyable was the owners. They are like the grandparents that everyone wants to have and really want to make sure you have a good stay. They even drove us to the bus when we left! But if you go to Dubrovnik, try to find a place closer to the Old Town
