We made a reservation in app. Tubej, but when we arrived, there wasn't an appartment free for us. So the owner of Tubej send us to another appartment which was cheaper (50%), but the owner asked us the original price and kept the rest for himself. We also made a reservation for an appartment, but we got 2 seperated sleeping rooms, and the kitchen was in the basement.
