Friendly owner came within a few mins to guide us in our rental car from the gas station as requested. Were greeted with some liqour and coffee on the owners terrace with view of mountains. Free parking - slightly out of town so having car was good. Nice and clean room for just one night, big bed - some rooms having cooking facilities in them (ours did). Great place if you have a car - we used it as a base for exploring the area north of Makarska. Appartment was great, clean, and the guy was really nice! It's a nice appartment, with airconditionning, nice bathroom & kitchen, two balconies. There is even internet acces and a tv. Parking place for the car. Walking distance from the see. When you arrive, just sent a message to the staff and he will be there in 5 min. The best appartment we had in croatia. we spent a very nice stay in Makarska the appartment is near beautifull beach, and very close to the city center. Clean and nice room, but don't expect to get any maps or others hints from this place. Call before you go there because it's impossible to find with the given instructions. We called and we got a car pickup from bus station. The english speaking owner was only available thru telephone. Nice big apartment with free internet was great. onlz 10 min walk to beach, Demi and Antonia are building their apartments and are wonderful people. picked me up from bus, dropped me off, even drove me to hire a moped. They are so welcoming and are very accommodating. couldnt have asked for more. Nice new apartment, owners really helpful. Quite a way up a steep hill, but everything is in Croatia. Owners will pick you up from bus station save dragging luggage up the hill.
