Minimal services to keep their costs down. Broken equipment not repaired. Unripe fruit for breakfast etc. Wrong phone number for contact, and owner not on site so checking in was difficult. Owner otherwise pleasant and helpfull.

Location was in a good area of Roma, however we turned up when riots were occurring. This was obviously an exceptionable circumstance however the land lady had phoned to say she would be waiting in the hostel, but when we arrived she was not and she had failed to phone or text us so we were left waiting outside for 40mins! The original room we had booked was the deluxe, but she had double booked the room so we had to split the weekend between two rooms! The room was oversold and expensive.

Thank you for your review . Dear Lewis you already said that was an exceptional circumstance, so I don't have to reply. About the room, we arrange your stay here one month before your arrival and you confirmed was absolutely not a problem . About the price, it's just your opinion and I respect it but with reserve. In another important city for the price you paid you sleep in a dorm .

Great place to stay, the hosts are very helpful, friendly and they speak great english. Let us leave our luggage when our room was not ready so we could do sight seeing. Location is nice and close to the Colosseum. Room was spacious, bathroom was big enough for 2 people.

This hostel is super cute, in a fantastic location literally 7-8mins from the Colosseum and that was only on a super hot day - in cooler weather you could do the walk in less than 5! 2mins to Metro but walking everywhere was easy. Francesca, was lovely; she gave us loads of tips on where to visit and eat that were off the tourist-track. It's quite small so was great for getting a quiet night's sleep so you could make the most of the day but probably not ideal if you're travelling on your own.

GREAT guesthouse. AIR CONDITIONING! Quick and easy access kitchen. People there are extremely nice. Room has TV, AC and bathroom is well maintained. Very close to Termini Metro and buses pass right next door, just minutes away from the Colosseum. Cheers. Thank you!

The location is very good, very close to the Colosseum and we felt very welcomed and well looked after. The kitchen is only a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge and sink so it is difficult to cook food.

This was a very nice place for the price you pay, by far the best experience I have had with hostels out of many countries in Europe. The rooms were large and had a great air-conditioner, which was much needed in a hot Roman summer. The staff was AMAZING! Francesca was so friendly and helpful in suggesting places to go, and getting us situated on our first day. The location is close to a metro stop, and even closer to the Colosseum. There's a small kitchenette with microwave, fridge but no stove
