Not really a breakfast included. We got two yogurts and some crackers and jam and 6 juice boxes for 5 nights. Landlord was kinda weird and came in every morning; he once did so when we were away and left our door unlocked. It's inside a residential building though so we weren't very worried. He has three places in separate buildings in the area, so be sure to call him to ask where to go. He also let us use a washing machine for free.

Overall, our stay was good at Appia Guesthouse. The landlord was nice and friendly, and the appartment clean when we arrived. Warm water was working without problems, we had no issue. The location is excellent, close to the subway and bus station. It only takes 10 minutes by metro to Fontana de Trevi. There are as well very nice restaurants and cafes in the area, at a fair price. The internet wifi connection could be improved. All the best!
