We stayed there 3 nights and for this price we should have deserved a better service. The owner of the hostel was friendly but he was barely in the hostel to solve our problems. There is not always breakfast remained.Pos.:Friendliness, no certain breakfast hours, distance to metro station (re di roma). Neg.:Staff (or hostel owner) is barely there, no food left for the breakfast, flood in bathroom (reason unknown). As a result we found the hostel highly priced for its location and services.

It was fine, but there is no breakfast, only croissant with coffee (someday with milk) preparing from the water from the tap.. In general the hostel was fine, but not perfect, i will give him a 4 with minus (B- in USA grade)

When notified a day before we need to check out at 10 you don't arrive half an hour after the appointed hour as a by stop in walking your dog. Breakfast implies food, not 'first grabbers-keepers, others- weepers'. Also, we waited for long time by the door, like beggars, for you to pick the phone listed on the door and to let us in. The room is in disrepair, and the toilet had no seat. And then you ask me why I'm angry?

There needs to be more communication about how everything in the hostel works. It also should not be a B&B because it doesn't even go above the expectations of a 2 star hostel. There needs to be more toilet paper left, one roll for one bathroom a day is not enough for four rooms full of people. There needs to be a check in time so that the owner is there, of we hasn't had a phone we would never had been checked in since he's not there otherwise. Overall I was really disappointed with the service

The owner was super friendly had a lot of great suggestions for what to do in the city. The only thing my friends and I encountered was getting into the building because sometimes the owner is out and there's no one to answer the door. Overall, my friends and I had an enjoyable stay at the guesthouse.
