Its is VERY WELL LOCATED, but at night the street is a bit dangerous.. a lot of homeless people around and drunk people... but the location is great.

Upon arrival another guest opened the door and let me in while I was making sure I was in the right place and looking for the appropriate doorbell. The receptionist then blamed me for having walked in when the door was opened for me. Which I didn't see as my fault, but error on the other guest. The staircase was very uneven, with carpets that seemed very old/dirty. The male receptionist was kind but the female mostly seemed bothered by the guests, Location and price excellent. no common areas.

The street where it is located is a little sketchy at night, but the price makes up for it. It is very well located in terms of public transit to get there from elsewhere and to get to interesting parts of the city. Oddly, I realized when I was walking up the stairs that it is indeed the same place I booked 10 years ago on a backpacking trip. Both were good decisions. Good place!
