I really love this hostel and definitely will come back here soon. It's perfectly located. Staff is amazing. I recommend this place 300%.

Olga, the red haired girl is great - so helpful! The other staff were annoying though as one just let drunk, noisy people hang out in reception at all hours and the other gave confusing or wrong information. It was annoying to always have to wait for the bathroom too - they could do with another one. Great kitchen though, good location and good atmosphere.

I thought Apple Hostel Moscow was excellent. Olga was extremely helpful and very friendly. They had clean bathrooms, a kitchen, free wi-fi, a nice lounge...everything you could ask for. The only downside was that the person working the desk during the day wasn't as helpful, but I spent most of my time there early the morning and late at night when Olga was there.

Very helpful staff, eager to answer questions and give advice about the city. Atmosphere is friendly and very social. Always seemed like there were more people than space. Bunks are lowered so you can't sit up - inconvenient but ok. Main problem was with the showers and toilets. There are 2 toilets, one of which is in a separated bathroom where if someone is taking a shower you now have 1 toilet. Showers were also just poorly chosen for a hostel. Sometimes broken, sometimes difficult to operate

Turn on: Everything! Especially the wonderful staff "Olga"! She would give you whatever information you need in Moscow. Free Wifi, clean , nice common room. Turn down: Nothing.

This hostel was the best that we experienced in Russia! The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful, they even organized a games night with all the guests which was so much fun! There was always a fantastic atmosphere, we met lots of travelers and made some great friends here. We had a cozy common room to hang out in, as well as a huge kitchen, and comfortable beds! Also right near the metro and a big supermarket. Thank you Apple Hostel for making our time in Moscow fantastic!

Staff is friendly and helpful.It is clean but small. I suggest to everyone. Walking distance to Red Square.

Perfect position to visit the city and enjoy night life; welcoming personnel always ready to give you lots of suggestions and advices about things to do and places to go; spaces are well kept and organised; cool atmosphere where you can feel immediately at home and relax when you need to; friendly environment good to meet people both if you are in a group or on your own. Great Hostel!

The staff were very nice and helpful... the room/bed was clean: I liked the common area a lot...where you always can go and have a nice chat.

Probably the best hostel I've ever stayed in. Perfect location, great facilities, extremely clean and very safe. However, the best thing about the hostel was the staff and the atmosphere. The staff are all extremely friendly and give great advice about what to do, where to go etc - the staff make it feel more like a home than a hostel. The hostel also has a great atmosphere which makes it extremely easy to meet and hang out with people. Couldn't recommend this hostel more highly.

Great hostel. Great atmosphere.

This was perfectly fine but not deserving of the glowing reviews. Pros: excellent location, really clean, huge kitchen, really nice, well-intentioned staff. But it's quite small and there's insufficient common space for all lodgers, some of whom seem to basically live there. The girls are sweet but you need to be proactive: I had to ask a couple times for visa registration, and they changed my reservation (8-bed female dorm to 6-bed mixed) w/o telling me. Nice place but ~86% rating, not 96%.

The staff was very kind with us but the 8 people room was awful. Actually it should be a room for 4 or 6 people at most. The bunks had very little height between behind and top beds, you cannot move there. The situation of the hostel was excellent.
