Location in TST is good, though Chungking Mansions itself is a bit dodgy. The men stare a lot... Staff are nice. There's a hot water dispenser, and pre-boiled water in the fridge. The toilet tank/cistern's water refill wasn't working, so in order to flush, I had to manually refill it with water from the showerhead. Here's a pro to having the HK style shower above the toilet! I liked that the room had a fan, not just as A/C, since sometimes A/C can dry up the room a lot.

Probably the best hostel in Chungking Mansions, run by Chinese NOT Indians. Rooms are clean, and its very quiet there. However, it is more expensive than most other hostels there. Good a/c in rooms. Beds are comfortable, but no mattress protectors underneath sheets. No atmosphere as most people stay in their rooms, so no traveller vibe.

Overall it was a good stay

The people at the hostel are friendly. The mansions are creepy though, not the hostels fault. Rooms are small, but most rooms are in Hong Kong. It was also clean.

Very basic. Room was small, bathrooms tiny, but adequate for my needs. Not a place for a family. Nice and quiet. Elevators were a hassle with the hostel on tenth floor (slow and crowded), but that wasn't the hostel's fault. It is a diverse neighborhood which was great. Buses/subway, shopping, restaurants, and the harbor were convenient. I have stayed in nicer hostels, but Nikkha(?), Mom, and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

I was happy with this place. Chungking mansion is an interesting place but the location is unbeatable. The room was clean and the staff was super nice. Toilet and shower are in the same tiny room but this is normal in HK. Can't beat $30 usd for your own room and bathroom. Chungking itself gives off a sketchy but not unsafe vibe. Would stay here again

Great spot. The people working there were very friendly and the rooms clean. I left a bottle in the room after check out and they kept it for me for several days until I could come back and get it.

The staff are ver helpful. Clean bed sheets and towels . They even recommended where to buy discounted Disneyland and Ocean Park tickets.

Nice and neat little place, rooms are mega small but for what you pay its a fine place to just stay and sleep. Not much atmosphere as there's no communal room but anyways. If you need somewhere simple this is the place. Chungking mansion is generally all the same

Our stay was wonderful! Just right for what we need according to our budget. More power, Godbless!

It has everything in the best location. Room is small, but enough for short stay. Staff are nice and helpful.
