Had a great stay! Excellent location, near Plaça Catalunya. The girl who came to pick us up was very nice and helpful. The apartment has a kitchen, which is very useful if you want to cook and save some money. We liked to buy fresh food at La Boqueria and then cook there. Only drawback: there was just one bathroom for everyone in the apartment. Anyway I would definitely recommend it, and would stay again if I went to Barcelona!

We were two people at the hotel and it was perfect to both of us. It was very clean, it has a kitchen with everything that you'll need despite the fridge is so cool that our milk frozen :) We were lucky because the apartment only had 2 rooms with people, so there was no problems with bathroom. Location is perfect to walk around Barcelona and get to know Bairoo Gótico and Ramblas and the staff were very welcoming.

The location in perfect, super central. Easy to get from airport. Girl that met us wwas very helpful, explained where to go, how, what to see and gave a map. The hostel is like apartament, cozy, clean and comfortable. There is a computer with free internet, fully equiped kitchen, and some sweets for guests :) The room was cozy, had heater (useful for this season), small window to the patio, enough for air, but not enough for light.

EXCELLENT location! The staff was friendly but pretty much nonexistent. You could find them if you needed to though. Compared to a hostel the place was very quiet and lonely but all in all it is an excellent apartment in a perfect spot!

I was blown away by the facilities of Apt RamCat. The kitchen was well stocked with all appliances and tools (LOVED the gas stove!). The free internet access made staying here seem like staying at a friend's house rather than a hostel. It has a great location as well so close to Placa Catalunya with access to all city buses and the metro. I would DEFINITELY return to Apt RamCat and would 100% recommend it to any visitors to Barcelona.

Thank you very much, we were very happy for your accommodation. Please consider making a second bathroom (or at least an individual toilet) - even with 3 couples in the hostel, the toilet was very busy :]

Perfect location, stuff, cleanliness. Internet - WiFi or hostels own computer, but only 10 am till 10 pm.

The hostel was very clean, and it has a common kitchen and a bathroom that everyone can use. Unfortunately the wifi is only available in the kitchen, not in our rooms... The location is excellent, just a block down Pl. Catalunya, but since the street is full of pubs, it might be hard to fall asleep with the noise. The street might look a bit sketchy at night, but other than that, everything was good. The staff was nice, and she gave us some recommendation on food and tourist spots.

At first I was a bit worried because of no reception area and the mixed reviews, but my experience was generally positive. RamCat is an apartment not a hostel, so it is smaller and much less crowded. It is located in the center of Barcelona, so the location is excellent, but also very noisy.

Very well located, near La Rambla. We had a 3 persons private room, there were 4 beds in a very small room. The room was too narrow.

Good clean apartments and the kitchen was great as we could explore the big market just down the road and save money by eating in. Excellent central location however we felt a little uncomfortable in the little lane that the entrance is on. They've made a good effort to decorate the place in bright colours and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a strange smell in our room and our ensuite was not off the room - it was a private bathroom down the hall that we had a key for.

This is a very nice apartment, in a great location. My only complaint is that there is only one shared bathroom for all the guests, which can be inconvenient in the mornings if you want to get an early start.

I had an en-suite 4 person room w/ my friends (23-29) and thought our room was tidy and cute. The location was even more central than I imagined, it's literally only 30 seconds from the Ramblas and maybe like 3 minutes from the Metro. This seemed like more of a mature hostel and everyone we bumped into was very nice. If you're looking to meet groups of people to party with then it's probably not for you but it's good for a nice central place to stay. I would definitely return.

Its was great in that way that they where close to La Rambla. But you had to be QUIET all the time... The first thing that greeted you was a huge list of different rules. But the style, room and location i liked :)

Very good location, even if on Friday night people at the place in front of the apt. shouted until 3 am. Spacious and well cleaned room, bathroom and kitchen. There is no reception and the wireless doesn't work for the most time, but there is a PC with internet connection in the kitchen (available from 10 am to 10 pm), but I think that for Barcelona is a real good price/value accommodation

Everything was nearly perfect. Bedroom was perfect. Only negative point was the kitchen: oven was out of order, not much room. Also computer acces was locked at 22:00 till the morning, but wifi was accessible.

A big hostel megalith in the Base chain- we stayed here as there was an online special and it was cheap. Its pretty souless, but does the job. Location is good, but it can be noisy at the weekend in the 4 bed dorms. Bathrooms were clean enough and the kitchen was big. Too many kiwi experience folk for my liking, but they are easy enough to avoid.
