This spacious, naturally lit apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, dinning area and living area. The 4 bedrooms consist of 2 twin rooms and 2 triple rooms. All rooms have exterior balconies, window doors and are equipped with singles beds. (10 single beds in total ) The large living area has two comfortable sofa beds. (1 single & 1 double) This sleeping 3 more guest .The kithecn area is fully equipped with all cooking and eating utensils. There is a small dinning area that consits of 1 extendable table that sits 6 people and combining 2 of the room tables can make for dinning upto 10. The apartment has 2 moderrn and stylish bathrooms. One with shower and the other with tub/shower .
The apartment also has ; TV (USB movie play and HDMI) wi-fI , central heating & air conditioning , washing machine and dryer , microwave , kettle, toaster , espresso maker , hairdryer , clothes iron and we supply all bed linens and towels.
LOCATION:
The location of the apartment is absolutly SUPERB. Located just 5 minutes walk from Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya makes it easy for bigs groups to walk to the center. In the center Square of Plaza Catalunya is were all transportation can be taken. Metro, bus, taxi, bus tours, walking tours, bike tours, information office, and ticket office. The apartment is literally surrounded by tourist attractions such as; modern arts museum , Cathedral, Plaza Reial, las Ramblas, Passiege de Gracia, Boqueria food Market, Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell etc.…..
This apartment is perfect for groups or families because of its central location and that is fully equipped with all the comforts of home .
Conditions:
No Party Policy: (No parties are allowed in the apartment. Meaning no loud noise/music, smoking or heavy drinking are allowed in the apartment)
Minimum Stay: 3 nights
No Reception Area!!! (The management office hours are everyday from 9 am to 21 pm. It is mandatory that you call us when you arrive in Barcelona, and before you arrive to the apartment to receive your Exact Check In Time.)
Free check in 14:00 pm to 20:30 pm
Late Check In Charges:
50 euros (20:31 pm to 23:00 pm)
75 euros (23:01 pm to 1:00 am)
100 euros (1:01 am to 13:59 pm)
Check Out 11 am
Early check out before 09:00 am cost 35 euros
No Luggage Storage: If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the Sants train station or the Nord bus station
Cash On Arrival: remaining balance is due on arrival in cash euros only! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted
Cancellation Policy: Please note that cancellations must be done by email a minimum of 7days prior to arrival date. otherwise you will be charged 40% of the total reservation.
Security Deposit: 500 euros, 100% refundable at check out
Cleaning Fee: 80 euros, this is for cleaning of the apartment after your group leaves
