staff are excellent and go out of their way to be friendly and helpful, not all speak english so a little spanish is useful. walk up the hill is a pain and the rooms are cold at night, showers take a while to get hot but when they do, its very hot.

Nice views from the window, but it takes some effort to climb up there from the central plaza. The staff was very helpful.

The staff were great, giving us an upgrade on our room at no extra charge! The hostel is up a hill, but no worse than many of the other hostels. The hostel was quiet and peaceful and a lovely escape from the bustle of Cusco. The shower was the hottest we've had in the past 6 weeks of travel.
