I love this hotel. The staff here are so keen to assist and make sure your happy with everything. The rooms are immaculate, great air con, they somehow arranged my visa for Vietnam on a sunday! Dont bother getting it in the UK, its a fraction of the cost in Cambodia, and you dont need the 2 photos for it.

We really enjoyed staying at the Aqua Boutique Hotel and knew we were in good hands from the friendly greeting on arrival and welcome glass of juice to the personal service throughout our stay. Breakfast each morning was great, always served with smiles and the general feeling thoughout the staff was one of really caring to make sure we as guests were happy, which is a rare quality in hotels these days. The manager even arranged personal access to the rooftop for us for great views of the city!

Loved the room, very well decorated and charming. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly. Very happy to have the Vietnamese Visa sorted so quickly. Things I am disappointed with was the room being a twin rather than a double bed as requested. The other issue was the bus ticket to Siam Reap, I had to ask 3 times and I wasn't able to catch the bus I wanted as it was booked out. I also would have preferred a better bus, a VIP service rather than the Sorya company.

Excellent. But, I think a hostel should not be this expensive in a cheap country.

Super friendly hard workintg owner who goes out of his way to help you find your way around Phnom Penh! Beautiful clean rooms for relaxing after a busy day in the city and the rooms have a great view! Watch the sunset from the balcony! Will definitely come back here when I revisit the amazing country of Cambodia!

Breakfast is awesome. Staff exceptionally pleasant ( sometimes a little overwhelming but polite, great english and very helpful). Our only compalint was that our room was too big for the air conditioner to operate efficiently. It took ages to cool down and although not hot, it was never cool enough to sleep with the covers on. Maybe a fan to generate air flow would be of benefit.

Nice place, more like a small hotel than a guesthouse. Lovely room, very comfortable bed. Only problem we had was with the very strong smell of sewerage coming from the bathroom. We got the smell in the lobby too, so we think it has something to do with their renovation works (which weren't noisy). Great breakfast if you're up before 10. Staff are friendly and attentive. Bit far from places of interest & social scene, tuk tuk required. If we returned to Phnom Penh, I'd be happy to stay again.

In 7 months of backpacking it was the best breakfast yet, with proper bacon and perfectly cooked eggs. The owner is very attentive and keen to help you make the most of your visit. We needed a visa for Vietnam and had left it really late, however they managed to turn one around in 3 hrs for $58! Quite pricy but we shopped around and for the same price it would have taken a local travel agent 24hrs.

Thanks for such a lovely start to our Cambodian adventure. The staff were so helpful and able to sort out tuk tuks, recommend a place for a well earned massage after the atrocities we had seen at S21 and the Killing Fields and amazing deluxe room with so much space in comparison to where we have stayed since. We're very sorry but we were not able to come back on our way from Siem Reap. Thank you lots!

It's quite difficult to explain because there is a big bandwith between the single aspects, therefore just some notes: Big but charmeless entrance hall, Really huge, nice decorated and clean room. Bathroom ok, but you have to deal with ants. Great breakfast. If you have no problem that the manager could offer you straight after arrival "if you wanna have massage or bum bum in your room, just let me know" then think about it. 15min walk to royal palace. Not really central but not too far away.
