Aquarelle is a home like two bedroom apartment on the second floor (without elevator) of a building located in a really nice street of a quiet neighborhood.
This rental is up to six people and is a perfect base for exploring the city. Please take precautions as you go up the steep steps of this typical Amsterdam infrastructure.
Once upstairs, the 80 square meter apartment will welcome you into the living Area. The living space is bright and has 4 sofa beds, TV, armchairs and a dining table with chairs.
The kitchen is perfectly outfitted with all the modern gagdets including dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge, toaster and microwave.
There are two cosy bedrooms, with four single beds in each one of them. Bed sheets, blankets and linen will be provided.
There is a full bathroom with shower and toilet. Towels will be supplied.
There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.

Cancellation Policy
This property has a 3 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.

We accept payment by cash and credit card.
Note the following conditions:
-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 25 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Extra early check in between 10am-15pm - 30 euros
-Extra late check-in fee from 18pm-22pm - 30 euros
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
-Cleaning fee: 40 euros
-Damage deposit: 250 euros
In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
