At the first night we had to complain about the bathroom - because there was no toilet water and at the second night we had to complain about water who was dropping down from the ceiling (we couldn't sleep the hole night because of the noise) the only thing the woman on the reservation desk did was smiling - that was all! We wouldn't recommend the hotel!

The staff were all very friendly; as soon as I arrived they were happy to help me with anything that I needed to plan my trip to the Yasawa Islands and around Nadi. The hotel was comfortable and had everything I needed. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and evening meals were good value. The only thing that it lacked was fast internet, but that is not something that I was desperate for.

I felt the staff went out of the way to make my stay memorable and helped in all sorts of ways. They were always smiling and very courteous. I would definately stay there again and recommend them to friends if asked.
