Bit of a walk to the old town, but right near the train station so it was great for our needs. The staff were nice and the rooms were lovely and clean. Wifi worked well in our room, but not much atmosphere given it's a hotel. If we didn't need to leave very early on a train I would have preferred to be closer to town, but it's a decent place to sleep.
It was like a little townhouse with added rooms, with all modern decor and furnishings. It was very close to the Bordeaux train station and easy to find within maybe a 3 or 4 minutes walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful with great English.
The hotel is not located in the old centre! For dinner you need to go there too (only train station bars are close) so walking back in night is quite far and not so pleasant. Need to take tram or taxi. Staff (1 guy did not speak 1 word English) was not very helpful with explaining instructions of the garage (9€ per day). The hotel was clean. Some rooms and stairs look more fresh than orthers. Mixed interior styles. I saw other places (similar) in old centre for way less money and closer to all

Its located right in front of the station, breakfast was fantastic but a bit costy, staff has made a few recommendations for restaurants, didn't turn out as good as they suggest, sorry. Everything else was nice!
There was heavy rain that led to major flooding in the garden that swept through the hallway and into my ground floor room. The water was ankle deep in the building and up to the knees in the garden area. Another guest and I found no one in the hotel to help us and no emergency number to call. I raised this to the staff the next morning and they said it was an unexpected event, so they couldn't do anything about it. They didn't even comp my breakfast! This was an electrical safety hazard.
It is a very nice hotel very near to the rail station. Walking downtown you've to consider some 20 min or taking the tram. The staff was very nice, breakfast was also very good and the room was very clean.
Excellent hotel, close to the train station and bus and tram lines. My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Bordeaux!
