The common room is nice for meet other travelers. However, I have to say that I had a bad experience with a staff member who was very rude to me, coming to m and brutally asking me : YOU KNOW YOU HAVE TO PAY TO USE THE INTERNET? (I knew, I did the same the day before and the clerk told me to pay after..) It might not seem a very important incident but it turned me off and I think this hostel DOES NOT deserve a heart in the LP book ive seen way better hostels in Israel than this one

We brought our family here and found this was a good hostel, with effective air conditioning, garden tables and chairs and kitchen facilities. The staff were helpful. Although it was not mentioned on the website it is possible to hire towels (3 NIS) and buy the breakfast of your choice at additional cost. Overall a good place to stay.

I stayed here with my sister for 2 nights while diving in Eilat. Overall, the place is great. The staff is friendly and helpful, the place is well-kept, and the price is right (especially compared it to the hotels in the area). I only have a few very minor complaints. First, there's only 1 key per room, which makes it somewhat complicated; there was no warm water when I tried to shower in the evening; and it's not really on Almogim-- the entrance is around the corner on Sderot Hativat Golani.

I can recomnad Arava for anybody older or younger, men or women and young people. This is just great. See You in Jerusalem next year.

value for money, 10 mins from central bus station, one suggestion: for dorm room, it will be better to give separate keys to the guests instead of 1 key/room
