The best hotel we stayed in Italy. Large bathroom, computer in the room, only the bed could be better.

Spotlessly clean with great facilities. Location is great, a quiet back street but near everything that you'd want to see. Fabulous breakfast and nice catering staff. Staff at reception are a bit disengaged. No warmth although they were polite and did their job well. Only one person stood out for his helpfulness and friendliness when there was a noisy group yelling at 1am. Unfortunately I didn't get his name to thank him. Mattresses sagging in the middle a bit. Thumbs up overall.

This hostel is huge, and there were only 1 front staff working at a time. They were very unfriendly, and unhelpful. This hostel had a great decoration with wall painted with famous renaissance paintings and sculptures. Security boxes and keys were provided. The location was really great with train station and the Duomo both only 10 minutes away. The facilities were clean and very nice. The breakfast here is amazing, and dinner that you can get for 3 euros are ok. Free tours are amazing!

I absolutely adored staying in this hostel. The staff was helpful, great security, and clean rooms. The aspects that really set it apart, however, are its amazing breakfast buffet, their central location, and stunning garden. The breakfast buffet had everything you could want (I am celiac and was still able to stuff my face, a rarity in Italy) and afterwards you can enjoy a coffee in the serene courtyard. Located 5 minutes away from the train station, I could not have asked for a better stay

Fantastic place to stay - best breakfast that I've EVER had at a hostel. Great free walking tours. Bit of a problem with ants in the room that I was in though.

Unfortunately this hotel has as a french person who is quite rude to the guests, doent say hello and he is always looking the computer doesn't help at all or answers you questions he doesn't understand that the guest are the ones who pays his salary no guests no job"if you not happy in customer service you have to change your job". On the other hand Thanks to the lovely brothers and the staff in the kitchen they make our stay pleasant.

After some initial trouble finding the Hostel I was plesently suprised. It is very large with many rooms but the facilities are not over crowded. Nice dorm rooms with locks big enough for your whole backpack, en suit bathrooms, large dinning hall with impressive free breakfast, garden and laundry facilities. Would have liked to stay more than one night.

I had to stop back through Florence for a few hours while changing trains and they were really great about letting me use luggage storage and to stay and use the internet etc... while I waited even though I was no longer staying there. Felt very safe and the storage lockers in the rooms are huge!

The hostel itself is good value for money, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent location (close to railway station, but not too close). The breakfast is a GIANT advantage - lots of tasty food. But there are some minuses: the walls are paper thin, so if you're unlucky like us and have noisy neighbors next door, you probably won't get any sleep. The staff could actually pay more attention to what's going on in the hostel at night and ask drunk teenagers to respect other guests.

Archi Rossi had a great location only a short walk from the train station and really close to all of the historical sites. They also had the best breakfast! Hot food, cereal, choice of breads and spreads, and a cappuccino maker. Definitely worth it just for that but then they have a cheap dinner where you can get a pizza for 3 euro. Only wish the bathrooms didn't have the shower and toilet sharing the same floor. With nine girls staying there the floor was always soaked for the toilet.

The staff were very responsive and very accommodating, we had no problems with our late check-in and late check-out. They are very quick in responding to our e-mails. We carried big luggages and had no problem getting them to the rooms as the staff were very helpful and had the initiative to help us with them. The food is the best we had in all the hostels we stayed in. It is also conveniently located. We were four in a group, and the place we have is spacious enough. Good value for money.

Staff could have been more outgoing and friendly, but overall the location is great, right next to the train station. They have cheap but really good homemade food for travelers, and the rooms are nice and come with their own lockers.
