I don't even know where to start, this place was so great. The morning tours are excellent, and they alternate each day. You don't spend too much time at each place, but it is enough time to figure out if you are interested, and then you can return after the tour. There is an actual restaurant so you can enjoy breakfast and dinner, with several options for each meal. The hostel was located very close to the train station, and pretty close to the main sites. I would definitely stay here again.

My friend and I stayed in single rooms: large, high standard, clean, ensuite, TV and internet computers in the rooms. The reception and kitchen staff were all friendly and helpful. The dining area had huge windows allowing light to flood in, also it was a great place to meet fellow travellers. Breakfast was included in the price and so was the evening meal (limited time offer?). The food was both nutritious and in good proportions. There were free walking tours 10 am to midday. Excellent.

Very nice stay. The free morning tours were our favorite part because we were able to find out information about the city as well as meet other travelers. Overall, the stay in the room was very relaxing. The facilities and amenities were nice and the hours of the front desk/no curfew was great. We will definitely recommend this hostel!

Great hostel in a great location just minutes from everything! Walk a few blocks to find restaurants, Santa Maria Novella and the Duomo. A fun environment with a great artistic flair. Breakfast is included and a good deal. I like that each of us got a separate key. I would absolutely book here again!

Breakfast is at 150 meters, the room is small for 4 beds and do not enter the suitcases in the hallway. No direct staff to meet the 24 hours, only when they open the laundry. The area is not very secure, the bathroom is clean. When I retire at 8:30 am was not closed for check out, nobody attended and the blinds were down. It isn´t fun hostel

staff was awesome. location perfect for an avid hosteler. clean/secure. could do with more fun, like turn the restaurant into a bar at night or something but it still was excellent.

i don't travel tons, nor stay in hostels all the time, but i thought this place was incredibly clean and comfortable. i liked the 24 hour reception, the free breakfast, and the cable/computer in room. perhaps it wasn't a "deal" according to people who use hostels more, but it was great. the king size bed had two enormous valleys with a veritable mountain range boundary between each side. perhaps it's time for a new mattress :)

Clean hostel with good location, but with awful soundproofing. You hear every scratch, steps and cough in coridor. If you want to sleep well you'd better have your earplugs ready.

There was computer our room but we couldn’t connect to internet in the room. Otherwise we really like this hotel. Everything was so good. Specially kitchen personal, they were wonderful. I don know their names but I specially thank to silver haired woman and unique gentlemen in the kitchen.

We were put into the hotel attached to archi rossi and it was brilliant! We had a private room for the two of us which had an ensuite (very clean with nice hot shower) and our room had its own tv and computer with free wifi. Our room was fully serviced and climate controlled. Great restaurants in the area. Cheap food and drink in the lobby. Really comfortable beds. Good free breakfast. Perfect!

Excellent hostel! (HOTEL??!) Very clean, the location is excellent, close to all monuments, the staff is very friendly. It is a hotel not a hostel. The best "hostel" I've ever seen.
