The staff were very responsive and very accommodating, we had no problems with our late check-in and late check-out. They are very quick in responding to our e-mails. We carried big luggages and had no problem getting them to the rooms as the staff were very helpful and had the initiative to help us with them. The food is the best we had in all the hostels we stayed in. It is also conveniently located. We were four in a group, and the place we have is spacious enough. Good value for money.

Great location - walking distance to train station and Uffizi. We loved the 4 euro pizzas in the cafeteria! Breakfast was good, lots to choose from. It was awesome to have a room to keep our bags in as we got in at 10 am and wanted to explore Florence without an extra 20 pounds! Also liked that we were able to pick those bags up later in the evening and weren't charged.

Staff could have been more outgoing and friendly, but overall the location is great, right next to the train station. They have cheap but really good homemade food for travelers, and the rooms are nice and come with their own lockers.

Staff seemed uninterested and had to work hard to get a smile there. Not a great first impression.

This was by far one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. The free breakfast available was insane- there were so many choices. This hostel is in a great location by the SMN train station, and is within walking distance to a lot of the sites around Florence. The 2.50 euro bottles of wine were great, and I would definitely come back here again.

The Archi Rossi Hostel was a really nice place to stay at, Everything was grate exept for 2 things. Nr.1 The shower in room 4 is really bad, there is no power and it takes forever to wash your self. And nr.2 there could be better locked closets. Other than that I have nothing to complain about and I would definitely recommend people to stay there! :)

I thought it was a great hostel. It was right by the train station and if you walk a bit down the street its right by the markets. Staff was very kind. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was not too bad. I would recommend!

- Room key should use access card which will provide more safety than normal key. - Head shower should be bigger or increase the pressure of the pump because the water from the shower was very slow compare to the tap of the wash basins

Very good food service, only cheese and ham was missing in the morning. Excellent pizzas!!! for excellent price, I recommend having dinner at the hostel. It is a very nice place, has internet in the rooms and PC to common use. Is close to the train station and near the Duomo. The only thing we didn't like was that the drain in the shower didn't work well and that the bathroom didn't have good air circulation.

Great location close to train station and the city centre. We actually stayed in casa mia next door as we had a double room. Our room was very large, had an ensuite, television and even a computer with internet. The breakfast was fantastic, a selection of classic continental breakfast, deserts and savoury options (pasta, paella etc) We also made use of the restaurant in the eveings, buying good pizza for less than 4 euros. Would also reccomend the tour of the city organised by the Hostel.

This hostel was AMAZING!!!!!!!! We stayed in a mixed room for 8 and each person had an individual light and outlet by their bed as well as a whole big closet/locker with lock provided! There is a computer with internet in the room, the BEST free breakfast buffet that includes tiramisu, soft serve, eggs, toast, pork and sauerkraut, meatballs and potatoes, cereal, rice, cookies, and so much more! It was FABULOUS!! The hostel also has a free walking tour each day and the one we went to was great!

I only stayed here for one night, but I wish I had stayed there for more! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was varied and good. I felt completely safe in my dorm, and the lockers provided were spacious enough for my things. I would recommend this hostel to anyone.

I recommend this hostel. The facilities are very nice - there is free hot/cold water, a really huge breakfast buffet, and giant lockers in the rooms. They even serve dinner (not free, but very cheap) each night, and have a bunch of snacks+wine you can buy. In my room it was confusing to work the heater and the shower, so ask the staff about that if you are confused. Most of the staff were nice but there was one rude staff member. Maybe not the easiest for meeting people, but I still managed to!

This is a really good hostel. Walking distance from the station and from the main attractions. The included breakfast was really good too. The beds were clean, as we're the bathrooms, though perhaps there are not enough showers. No kitchen for self catering.
