Good budget place to stay. Would be better if we had better options for breakfast, perhaps.

This hostel has a great restaurant-meeting area. There's an outdoor courtyard. The dinner was cheap and the breakfast was the best I've ever had in a hostel. They also sell cheap drinks in the evening

I didn't have much to do with the staff, but all my experiences were positive. They were great when I booked in, was able to leave my luggage and gave me some good info about Florence. The buffet breakfast was great, lots of choices. Free walking tour was a great way to see a bit of Florence, a good introduction. On the minus side, my locker in the room (lockers and beds were numbered) wouldn't lock. Bathroom floor always seemed to be wet, presumably from the shower.

This is a super basic hostel. Kind of clean, staffs are ok, rooms are minimum, breakfast is just tea, coffee and packaged croissant. If you want a cheap basic stay go here, if not go somewhere else.

A good place to meet people, staff was always friendly and nice. The beds were a bit worn out but always clean and okay. One of the rooms I've stayed in was quite small, but all okay. The lockers would make more sense with a bar inside to hang up your clothes ;) It was excellent to be able to wash and dry clothes, to buy little things you forgot for reasonable prices and there's always a computer near you - and a bin! Thank you!!

-there is a buffet breakfast . so you can eat a lot to avoid to eat lunch. it is good because you can visit museum longer. -free walking tours with nice guides with funny comments ( 4 turtles ninjas) -this hostel is not a party hostel. it is nice to sleep without ear plugs.

I loved the atmosphere of this hostel. There was art painted on the wall, which really established the idea that you are in Florence, The rooms were good and clean. The staff was very helpful in making reservations, finding tickets to the art museums, and with general questions. The wi-fi worked well.

Excellent hostel, would be absolutely amazing in summer when rooftop garden is open and the weather is nice for cookouts and drinks outside in the patio

This hostel is HUGE and therefore its hard to get to know people. But the location is very good, the rooms clean and there's a lot of choices at breakfast. I loved the free walking tours as well. A few of the staff were a little ratty, and I think I was there during some sort of Spring break trip by a bunch of American students, who were really loud and a little disrespectful. It's a good place to stay, but not the best.

This is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at! They have every amenity imaginable for backpackers: free water dispenser, reliable wifi, walking tours, a restaurant, and the BEST free breakfast at any hostel anywhere. Highly recommend.

Everything was good for backpackers but the only one thing is that the facilities was not that good especially power of water in bathroom. Apart from that every single of staff was kind and friendly.

Staff were fantastic, helping me get a package that didn't arrive until after my stay. The location is perfect, the breakfast is very well rounded, and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint is the relatively thin walls. There was a large, loud group of kids who loved to scream and even from a floor away there was no escaping the constant noise. Despite that I would absolutely stay here again...earplugs in tow.

The best part of this hostel was the breakfast and the free walking tours. Breakfast was a full buffet with heaps of breakfast foods and things like rice and noodles. Not a huge about of interacting between guests I found. Everyone sorta kept to them selves. The staff weren't particularly helpful but the ladies who ran the walking tours were great! Good location. Easily walkable to everywhere.
