The location is good and staff was helpful but the facilities were below par. The breakfast was a joke and the wifi doesn't work well.

This is your basic stay and sleep hostel. There are no activities based within the hostel. That being said it is a very happy place thanks to the morning/midday receptionist! None of the receptionists were unhappy but that guy just wanted you to be there. Would recommend elsewhere if you want to meet people, but to have a nice place to sleep? sure!

It was hard and frustrating to find the hostel, we were in the area for an hour looking. it shouldn't be this difficult to find a location. I recommend that the specific address with specific directions be posted on the website.

When you book a private double room you end up in a totally different place called Hostal Palermo A&A. It is still central located but the room doesn't look like it is shown on the hostel world page. The room was small&dark, the window wasn't lockable and opens to the side of a back yard restaurant/bar. We booked it because it was looking nice and said it has breakfast included but when we arrived they told us we have to pay it additionally. There was only one shower with a WC together to share.

Great hostel, with a good and happy atmosphere :) The only not so good point is that you have to pay to use the computer =S , but besides this everything is OK! They have towels, lockers and hairdyer included! \o/

We booked the hostel due to it's good reviews and weren't disappointed! For example, me and my 7 friends had booked beds from 18 people dorm, but they happened to have a 8 people dorm available so we got our own room for the same price! Clean kitchen and rooms, nice launch area and a very helpful staff, I can definitely recommend this hostel!!

Excellent location. Paper thin walls and very vintage furniture though.
