We had a few problems with Italian accommodation prior to Siena but this place turned that around. The staff were brilliant and really helpful. The hotel is really cute and has nice views of Tuscan scenery. It's smaller and more like a b&b so you get a more personal treatment. It's about a 10 minute walk from the train station and about half an hour to the main city centre (Piazza del Campo) so you get a decent walk to work off all the Italian food. There are bus stops nearby as well. Very good!
