We had a few problems with Italian accommodation prior to Siena but this place turned that around. The staff were brilliant and really helpful. The hotel is really cute and has nice views of Tuscan scenery. It's smaller and more like a b&b so you get a more personal treatment. It's about a 10 minute walk from the train station and about half an hour to the main city centre (Piazza del Campo) so you get a decent walk to work off all the Italian food. There are bus stops nearby as well. Very good!

Very nicely appointed hotel for the money. Very good breakfast. Free parking. We had a room for 3 and was a little tight. Adequate size for 2 people. If in Siena I will return. We strongly recommend it. Hotel is a good 15 minutes walk from the wall surrounding the historic part of the city.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff, only a little walk to Siena! People are so helpfull to make sure you have a great time. Thanks!

Amazing hotel, especially for the price! Beautiful and clean. The only downside is that it is far from the old town of Siena, but if you have a car, it is ok :) The staff offers excellent customer service.

This hotel is beautiful, however, we took ourselves on an unneccessary trek (in a thunderstorm) trying to get there, we know now that there is no need to get a bus just head right out of the train station and it's around a 10min straight walk, don't rely on the locals to know where it is though if you do get lost - they are most likely to just look at you with disgust and confusion (in a friendly Italian way of course). Generally, my advice is to try and get a map beforehand - it will save the sweat and bac

Fantastic accommodations for a great price. A bit outside of the old city, but well worth it. Highly recommended.

All staff members were friendly & helpful. We really enjoyed our 4-night stay there. It's a pity the traffic in front was so busy, creating much fumes and noise.

Nice rooms, very noisey on busy street. A noisey walk to bus stop. Does have CNN in english.

Great little hotel and very secure and friendly and Helpful staff. Not too far from the city, just catch the number 15 bus and its a 1 min ride for 1 Euro.

This is a nice place to stay and is very clean. The only problem was that it is away from all of the sites of sienna, but other than that it is a good place to stay.

Good breakfast and informations about the town. You need to take the bus to go downtown.

Tv network was out of service

Hotel looks good and feels even better, thanks to friendly staff and the room's comfortable bed and clean bathroom. If weather is hot, you can turn air conditioning on. Breakfast is simple but good. Internet pc costs 3 euros x hour. Location is ok, not too close to the center, but not too far either. Provided you walk fast, you can expect to reach Piazza del Campo in 30 minutes, or the railway station in 15 minutes.

un albergo perfettamente funzionante situato a pochi passi dal centro della citta, confortevole e personale disponibilissimo

It is a little hike to the centre of Siena, but I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Clean, friendly, and a reasonable price for Italy.

Great location, right on the river and a few blocks from the Ponte Vecchio. It was easy to find and get to everything else in Florence from the hotel. The receptionist was great, we had a nice time staying there!

Really nice hotel with a great varanda for breakfast and an outside place to relax. Really good service as well. A little far from the center of Siena, but overall it's a good value for money.

Cute place, though a bit of a walk into the walled town. But it was good for us. It's important to note that the restaurant here is closed on Sundays. Quite irritating because you feel sort of stranded at this hotel, but the front desk people are friendly and helpful, and one guy recommended a great place about 1km up the road. My only issue on cleanliness is because I do not smoke: when cleaning is going on, the front door to the building we were in was open, and smoke just wafted in - even to our room upstairs and at the back of the building. It was pretty gross. Otherwise, very clean.

The hotel is beautiful and charming, and the staff is amazingly friendly. We very much recommend this hotel.
