it was bad notting can be more bad then this trip

Location was great for what we wanted, we didnt know about hiring of towels and blankets. So on the fifth floor having to go back and forth on numerous occassions to purchase these items when Im sure we could have been informed on arrival. Our room key never worked the whole time so we were left in the corridor all the time until we got security to let us in. Also a power outtage while we were in the room meant we had to leave for awhile as they sorted things out.
