this place was really great, the satff is very helpful and they book anything you want. I stayed in one of the tents and it was a lot more comfortable than i expected it to be. very clean and cozy too. Clean and safe place. Good service and security. The room could have used a few chairs, but was sufficient for the prurpose of having a place to sleep. Secure and friedly. Actually some building activities are going on around the bathroom area. The good but cold water shower facilities could be even more comfortable with a few hooks or nails inside to hang your clothes and towel, and with a little stool or similar to put your utensils. Staff were soo friendly and helpful, food and drink very cheap and nice too! The hostel sits at the bottom of the volcano so the views are amazing and very interchangeable throughout the day, got some pretty good pictures. Would love to stay here again. This is place is more Flashpacker than anything else. Really good hostel and really does feel more like a hotel. I would recommend that you eat else where or buy food. They dont have a kitchen but you can leave things in the restaurant fridge. The food and tour prices are EXTORTIONATE but so is costa rica. i would head out of the hostel for better prices as they take you for a bit of a ride. My friend and I had limited time in La Fortuna and the staff was very helpful in deciding the best things to do in a short amount of time as well as suggest a good cheap place to eat. There was also AC in the room which was nice.
