Located within walking distance from the famous promanade of the famous Arenas Beach. Perfect for people who want to feel free and want to taste the life of a local Spaniard. You have a big kitchen fully equipped where you can cook your own meals and a washing machine for your use. Comfortable living room and dinning area with TV.
Our home is in a quiet area with easy and convenient access to the city center by fast tram Walking distance to the Formula 1

One night stay eco charge of 5 euros
The Maritime Promenade, stretches out next to the main beaches of Malvarrosa and the Arenas, which are full of restaurants in old traditional fishermans houses, live music, discos, pubs, area for skating, jogging...Simply a wonderful place to enjoy the Mediterranean breeze and sun during the day and the beautiful Valencia nights. All our beaches have excellent facilities with showers, shade area and on the beach restaurants.
No smoking allowed in the house.

Check in: 10 - 22 hours. If arriving pass 22 hours or later than the hour specified in your reservation you will be charged 15 euros
Check out:
11:00 hours. If you wish to stay longer and there is no other guest arriving you will be allowed to stay until you wish without charge so you can enjoy the day in Valencia
Holidays and sports events in Valencia 20% plus charge and cancellation a week in advance.

I actually did not stay at ARENAS VALENCIA, but have been reallocated and upgraded. I finally stayed in the hosts' new place called "poblats maritims valencia" in calle progreso n° 105. it's a modern place with b&b, spacious rooms, close proximity to the beach and last but not least great, helpful, caring hosts. i really enjoyed my stay there - especially thanks to Susana and Alex, who really made me feel welcome. Many thanks to you guys for your kindness. I will definitely come back! TINA (AUT)
