Great vibe, social hostel but not a party hostel. Apart from the showers great facilities. Showers are often deceivingly warm when you get in and change to freezing when you least expect it. Staff at reception aren't particularly efficient so even leaving laundry can take half an hour sometimes...
very very nice hostel, spacious, clean, bright! - garden area with hammocks, pool tabe, pingpong table, foosball, huge tv. breakfast is just butter and jam- but your best pick in arequipa!
Good place to meet people, with a good atmosphere.

Terrific hostel! Great facilities and clean rooms.
Best hostel we've stayed in in South America. Helpful staff, very clean, hot showers, comfortable warm rooms, lockers, loads of activities in hostel, booked a colca canyon tour through the hostel and it was a good price and good tour. Would stay again. Only thing that could be improved is breakfast, very simple, but this is the same almost everywhere.
Amazing facilities and staff. There are several common areas with TVs, pool table, ping pong table, and kitchen.
Amazing place. Great helpful staff. Secure storage for bags when going to colca canyon. Nice location and layout of the place. Good beds and warm blankets. Very clean. Good tour options, we did the two day colca one and it was awesome! All for very cheap, awesome! Warm showers. Would recommend it to anyone!
Nice beds and common spaces, realmente hot showers. It was a perfect stay but the personel attention is.not so good if you don't check the tours with them.
From the hammocks and wooden floors to the good-sized
Would definitely recommend this hostel. Clean, new, had hot showers, loads of bathrooms and showers about, they kept our luggage while we went on a tour for a few days trekking, friendly staff, had good wifi, tv rooms, play station room. They organised our colca canyon trekking tour which was handy. They also had a laundry service where you leave stuff in at 9 and get back at 6. The breakfast was just bread and jam but fine like! Was a good choice!
Overall we had a good experience. We got there really late, around 2.00 a.m, and our room was waiting for us. They received us very well. The only problem we had was that the bed we got had tons of hair, I certainly didn't like that. When we asked for a sheet change the other morning, they were happy to comply though. The water pressure is really bad, but you always get hot water. The breakfast service is regular, very simple, unless you pay extra. You can walk downtown, but it's not that close.
A great hostel with friendly staff and a good place to meet travelers. The staff is helpful and speaks English. Clean with hot showers and close to the main plaza.
A great location 5 minutes walk from the centre of town. The staff were so helpful and friendly in particular one member called Jessi Perochena. You will notice her if you meet her. Very happy, helpful and definitely brings life to the hostel!
Very nice hostel. Behind electric gates - feels very safe. Laundry service is reasonable. Good crowd overall. Pool table and tv room. Bathrooms well kept.
Short walk to town. Normal bread a sham breakfast. Good wifi. Good tv room with lots of films
Fantastic atmosphere, infrastructure and staff! Highly recommended!!

My stay here was comfortable and nice. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are always clean. The staff for the most part were friendly and helpful. For how many people were there it seemed like there weren't enough showers.
Good place to stay, although lacks atmosphere due to no bar and small communal areas.
Showers are like being spat on. Some staff are nice and helpful, some are rude and uninterested. Overpriced tours that are the worst we've experienced - tour guide was actually a mechanic who had never done the canyon before. Not many facilities. Two showers per about 20 people, maybe more. To top it off some of my stuff was taken.
