Grat hostel! One of the best i've been in south america. Great staff, location, social area..clean, safe, good breakfast. they left the breakfast later then the normal time so the late sleepers could have some food, and helped me out sending some clothes I forgot at the hostel to Puno. Go here, and go to the restaurant LA CAPITANA

Good hostel in a not too busy area. Free Breakfast of bread, butter and jam - add two scrambled eggs for 1 soles. Kitchen is great with a lot of utensils to make your own dinner. One downside is noise, the rooms echo from the smallest things like opening a water bottle lid. Often when arriving from other locations, you arrive before check in. There are two roomy movie rooms to hang out in and a pool table to keep you occupied. Not a party hostel but still a social one.

The 4 beds room was very clean, big and the beds were comfortable. The backyard is below the window: you can sometime hear people speak in the evening or until late; it's not unbearable though. I really appreciated the number bathrooms, good for all the dorms, and their cleanliness. I would definitely go there again!

Very nice hostel, great atmosphere: very easy to meet people, comfortable beds and lovely staff. One problem is the WiFi which is often unusable for several hours (and, just in case like me you need one, there is no oven). But overall this is one of the better hostels and I was sad to leave.

Nice Hostel, 5 minute walk from Main Plaza. Staff is super friendly, Lady at the reception went out of her way to last minute arrange a Trip to Chachani volcano trying to fix an error that was not even an Hostel's one. Nice facilities, two TV rooms, snooker, lots of place to chill inside & outside in the garden. One of this Hostel with a nice vibe, without being a party Hostel.

The hostel staff are very friendly and the building itself has everything you would need. While it is not a party hostel, there are loud dogs, roosters, and at the time, repetitive Christmas music which was annoying. It is a short walk from the city. While security is good, we also had some problems getting in the gate, having to ring the bell and wait for about 15 minutes for someone to let us in. There is no air and the windows couldn't stay open, because they were blown shut, so it was hot.

a place like home, lots of facilities and a nice garden with hammocks and tables outside, they offer tours (canon de colca) for a very good price, the beds are comfy and the breakfast is tasty, definetely would go back to this place..

Arequipa is a beautiful city and our stay here only enhanced it. Friendly staff, good air circulation and quite clean. The only issue was the baring dogs every night after 8pm. Don't know why they didn't bark during the day and only at night. Best place we stayed our entire Peru trip.

Stayed here for two weeks while doing a language course. It's not a party place but if you're looking for a safe, (very) clean, and friendly place, then this is it. They offer a very safe luggage storage as well which is great when heading for multiday tours.

The staff is super-friendly & awesome!! It's very clean and there are great common areas. Baggage-storage is for free, great if you want to go hiking in Colca-Canyon :) You can easily walk to the city-center. I highly recommend this hostel!

One guy working there at nights isn't friendly at all. When we waited at the reception for our tour to Colca Canyon to start at 3am he was more asleep than we as guests and didn't answer questions. But apart from that Arequipay's staff is friendly and helpful. We felt quite comfortable during our stay.

I had a wonderful stay, they have all facilities you need and it welcomes you for a relaxing time if wanted. I was very pleased with coming back from a trek and being able to use all facilities even though I wasn't staying another night.

Very clean, nice breakfast included, kitchen was a bit small (luckily we were there in low season). Very friendly and helpful staff.
