They do not allow to pay in USD ! even you book online in USD, they exchange rate is also much higher than normal so you have to pay much more! All rest is fine, very friendly staff and nice hostel, If I go to Arequipa I will stay there again

First 100% we've given in a long while! Great place, more than you could imagine for a bargain price. The 6 bed dorm is downstairs and you maybe woken by 3am trips leaving if you are a light sleeper..... We weren't though.... Great place.....

Lots of facilities, but all in different rooms. Personnel is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Tour booked through them was good.

There was insufficient staff at reception at all times to deal with check in/out, tour bookings - Staff were very under pressure. The buzz in of the gate to enter the road where the hostel is, was very annoying. I could also hear people buzzing in at late hours from my dorm which was keeping me awake, there really should be a better system (eg just use a key or code like every other hostel). Anyone could access the luggage storage room, therefore not very secure.

La estadía fue corta pero muy bonita. Nos sentimos bienvenidos desde que llegamos. El hotel tiene de todo para pasarla bien, lamentablemente no pudimos quedarnos mas tiempo. Totalmente recomendable.

Very nice place, easy to meet other travellers, helpful staff. Great collection of movies and games (huge pool-table room, airhockey, foosball) and nice courtyard to relax in.

This hostel is really nice. Beds are comfortable, but it would get pretty chilly at night and there was only a sheet and a alpaca wool blanket: probably ok in their warmer months, but not so much in the fall. Showers were generally hot, and definitely clean. Good kitchen to use, and a nice perk is the free calls to Canada and the US (so if you´re from there, it can be really nice!) Overall, great place to stay!

This is an awesome hostel... especially worth-mentioning are: extremely helpful english-speaking staff, out-of-this-world facilities (movie room, games, ping pong, pool etc.), great quiet atmosphere and security. Great services and they help u with EVERYTHING I will warn u abgout 1 thing - they lost my jacket at the laundry and appearenatley mixed some other peoples' bags as well. To be fair, though, they gave me 250 soles out of 330 it cost me to get a new one..

One of the nicest hostels i've stayed at in South America - great facilities, comfy beds, and helpful staff. Get a pizza delivered and watch a movie on their big screen tv for a holiday from your holiday!

The staff was very helpful. The tv-rooms are an great addition and very well-used. Beds are great. Only thing that could improve are te showers. Those curtains leak anyway, no matter how good you try to close them.

I had a great stay at this hostel. It is very centrally located, in a totally safe area. The facilities are clean and the kitchen is well equiped. There are two very nice gardens, movie rooms and fairly good wifi. On the downside, I would mention that my room was very cold (I needed three blankets to be able to sleep) and that I was left twice without hot water while showering because the gas in the tank had finished. I think the staff should check more often the status of the gas tanks.

Great Hostel!! one of the best on our 4 month travel in southamerica!! the stuff is realy friendly and funny, the rooms are good and they have a nice backyard to chill, a lot of televisions to watch movies and even a PS3!!! didn't expect that nice hostel in peru.

This place is geared for you staying in, with a pool table, football table, air hockey table, playstaion 3, movie room, games room. It is ridiculous. It is a little out of town, but this is not a problem. Kitchen is well equipped and the 'complimentary bread' is better than most breakfasts in Peru / Bolivia. Friendly staff and super secure hostel. Nice.
