This was a really nice place and good location. But the staff here weren't very helpful. They werent at the desk on 4 occasions when i was looking for them. Rang the bell and no one came. Nice beds and rooms abit out from the city centre but easy enough to navigate through. Not a convenient place to stay! Only one bus route nearby, and our check out on a Sunday morning wasn't available until 9 AM. Awfully inconvenient.Not a convenient place to stay! Very homely, spotless clean kitchen and bathrooms, quiet, lovely people and staff, I felt at home there. I can't fault it and have already recommended it to others. The only suggestion I have is that the bedrooms could be hovered a little more often, possibly twice a week, red carpet shows up everything. Thanks for a lovely stay. Found a toenail in my bed, that was a little gross. Rooms were cold. Otherwise, a decent place to stay, quiet for sleeping. Kitchens were nicely stocked.
