Awesome, a great introduction to backpacking in Scotland. Incredibly spacious and beautifully homely. It's well equipped and really friendly and great place to make friends!

First time at a Hostel and had a wonderful experience. All facilities very neat and clean. Security was good, we didn't even feel the need to lock our 6 ppl dorm room. Comfortable beds. We had a good time at night with some very few guests that also chose to spend some time in the living room. Only bad thing we think is the Fridge witch is too small for everyone in the hostel to use.

Comfortable beds & friendly, helpful staff. Lockers in the room were handy also.

I just loved this hostel. It has a homely feel to it. Spacious rooms with TV, dining table and lockers! Lovely big bathrooms with big shower AND SPA! Lovely kitchen and common area which feels like you are curled up on the couch at home. Fantastic location - a 5-10 minute walk through the park to get to the heart of the city. The only downside is that breakfast is not included.

Good base for a family stay in Edinburgh. Quiet area but well located near the Meadows Park, just 10 min walk from old town shops. Well equipped accomodation including large flat screen TV. Would definately stay again.

It was farther from the train station than expected, I would definitely encourage the bus 41 when packing suitcases. The overall room was great, but there were too many time restrictions on the bathrooms on our side of the building. Don't know why it was this way. The lock on our door was very, very flimsy and actually was broken by the time we left. This made us feel really uneasy.
