It´s probably the best Hostel I have ever stayed in my entire life, 5 continents. The facilities are those of one great 5 star hotel, the bed is huge, the room is wonderful, and I could never listen to other guests. It´s located at very best point of Rome, just 2 blocks from Termini Train Station, and abou 10 minutes walk of the Coliseum. I Recomend. illyushin, from Brazil.

Staff was friendly and it feels as if you are at home ! Plus point was the lift which means I did not have to carry my luggage up five floors !

The room was located in a beautiful residential building and it was very close to Termini Station. Good and cheap food places nearby, like the pizza place right on the corner facing the station. Friendly staff and adorable and cozy room, with paintings on the wall and warm floral blankets.

It is not a hostel - so no socializing in the common room. Instead it is a great apartment-like B&B. Very nice rooms cleaned every day like in the hotel! Both bathroom and kitchenette were very clean and convenient. The breakfast is rather light but there is a supermarket nearby and lots of cheep eats. The only downside was the lack of stove (microwave only) and internet but anyway it is agreat option for a and stressless and comfortable stay in Rome where is so much to see!

Location really good (in front of church Santa Maggiore, just a few streets from Termini station), but if you are 4 people in the same room, it's too small. They add to the normal room (that is not a huge room) a bunkbed thats doesn't seem really safe, and the space was totally reduced. If you are more than 75 kg and more than 1,75cm, these bunkbeds are a little bit inestable. The bed and breakfast is just a flat with some rooms, everyone with its own key, and nothing else, for example no staff

A beautiful place, it's a little bit strange that the staff isn't in the same building that you, so you have to be precise at your arrival time, in order for them to find you walking around the building. Apart from that, everything was great.

We went to Ariana B&B for accomodation than they took us to the Sergio's house. The place was like a private apart there was 3 rooms and 1 bathroom 1 kithchen for 6 people. that was excellent, comfortable and clean. staffs are cheerful. breakfast is really nice, you can eat unlimited.Location is good near termini station you can buy daily busmetro card for 4€ and go everywhere near hostel but the area is smookish because people from different nationalilties and they always want to sell something

Really good hostel, clean rooms, hotel quality, but they have rooms in several locations, so maybe it will be a surprise when you find out that your accomodation is not at the same place with the check-in.

Very convenient location near train station. Clean, comfortable and welcoming room. Did have a bit of difficulty finding the exact location, as the address we had was not quite correct, and the check-in location wais across the street from the actual rooms. Very quiet place, which suited us fine. Helpful staff.

This property was only two blocks from the Termini train/bus hub in Rome. The room had the basic necessities, true air conditioning and a small flat screen TV. My only real complaint about this "B&B" is that the breakfast was minimal and substandard. It was not up to the standard I'm used to in other similarly-rated B&B's. Would I go back? Unlikely, but only because there are other options that are better nearby versus it being a horrible experience.

Good location, very close to Termini station and within walking distance to the Colloseum. Breakfast was fine, typical Italian B&B food. Good value for money. The only problem we had during our stay here was the lock to the apartment broke, however these things happen and it was sorted very quickly.

We were really satisfied with Ariana B & B. Our room (double bed ensuite) had air conditioning, TV, comfortable bed and clean and sufficient bathroom. Corridor with tables for breakfast really made up for home-like atmosphere. The staff was really kind, they helped us with everything we needed and they provided us many useful information about city. This place is very close to Termini station what is very good for travelling around the city. We really recommend you this B&B. :o) Martin & Lenka
