It was great ! Sergio is a very good manager and he was allways kind, polite and very helpfull with everything that we needed in Ariana. He also provides information about whatever you like in Rome, and he was very nice to save our luggage in a lapse of time between hotel check-out time and our train ticket. The Hotel is also very clean, and it has a small, but really nice and clean kitchen, where you can make yourself a coffee any time you want, use the microwave or fridge. Nice place to stay.

Me and my girlfriend were looking for a private and cheap room in Rome and found this very good B&B. Walking distance from Termini train station, this B&B has good facilities and the room is clean. The breakfast was simple, including only bread, juice, coffee and butter. Even though I would recommend it.

Nice and quiet place if you don't look for company of fellow travellers and you are not intending to cook, It has kitchen but not an oven just microwave, However location is very handy very clean safe and very good value for money. Nice and quiet place.

It was really near to the train station and to the center of the top locations. If you like to walk - you even don`t need other transports in Rome! The room was very nice for 3 persons - it was great! And the breakfast was also nice and enough. The price is also good.

Address given was not the right unit# but got it figured out; no staff on site at actual building though Sergio did provide maps and some bus info on check-in. Booked twin beds but were given a double on arrival. The room did have a private bath at no extra cost though, which was a nice bonus and a balcony over the street. Safe in the room also a nice feature. Very clean. Simple breakfast was fine though ended at 0930 - a tad early in my opinion. Happy with the room overall.
