Great place to stay when on budget. Within 15 minutes walking distance are all main sights. Many restaurants and shops just outside your window. Poor breakfast (bread, butter, jam, coffee, juice)-same every day. Cleaning lady comes in every day, gives you fresh towels every two days. To get into your room you have 4 keys (security on top) If in Rome again one day, would stay here again.

We had an incredible stay here!! Perfect location for backpackers: right by the termini station but within 15-20 walking distance of the collesuem. (And the walk with through all the wonderful parts if Rome!) some good restaurants right on the same street. Host was so nice and the room was incredible! They do have a family so are not always accessible, but once you get there you don't really need much from them! Just don't expect your guides :)

The hotel is hard to find. It's actually within a yellow walled courtyard and is made up of individual flats. Number 96 I think it was. Ring the intercom. The introduction to the hotel was a whirlwind, so prepare to listen fast! The location is excellent and the rooms are of a good standard and clean but only one bathroom for 3 rooms! Breakfast is a selection of croissants etc that you select and eat in your room. Note there is no gas in the kitchen so you can only use the microwave! Noisy staff

we have booked two single beds, but we had to move to another address if we wanted them We got two beds above each other. But we had the advantage of a private bathroom which was not booked. Next to the hostel is a pizzeria which sells good pizza! breakfast was nice in another location.

It was great ! Sergio is a very good manager and he was allways kind, polite and very helpfull with everything that we needed in Ariana. He also provides information about whatever you like in Rome, and he was very nice to save our luggage in a lapse of time between hotel check-out time and our train ticket. The Hotel is also very clean, and it has a small, but really nice and clean kitchen, where you can make yourself a coffee any time you want, use the microwave or fridge. Nice place to stay.
