We stayed there for a night before we headed home to the states. The staff was very helpful in getting us a taxi to the airport for a very reasonable rate. Very good place.

Everything here was pretty good. Only complaints: they only accepted payments in cash, and the noise level outside was unbelievable. I have no idea what people were doing yelling at 4:30 am or why construction started at 6 am, but it prevented us from sleeping. Not sure if it's always like that. Otherwise, things were very clean, we felt secure the whole time, and our beds were comfy. Really cute little rooms.

Except the poor kitchen and breakfast, everything was good and had everything we need. Good value for money, good location.

My friend and I like the hostel. Its location is perfect, very close to Termini and10-20 min walk to all the historical places. The room was clean and the internet connection was good. The only thing I did not like about the hostel was that when we arrived they asked the pament cash but we were planning to pay it via credit card. The manager said us their pos machine had been broken a few days ago and had not repaired yet. But they did not send us an email about this situation before the trip.

It was a bit weird when we arrived - there is no sign for "Ariana B&B" on the gate, we were told by another guest who happened to be outside that we had to ask at the hotel across the street, the man there then took us to Sergio who runs the place. That wasn't really a problem and we had no issues otherwise, cheers.

The area is not that nice but is close to the metro and train station. The hostel is in a building and they own some apartments. It's really clean but is poorly equiped, for example, the kitchen has no cook. The staff only help us the first day, they gave us a map and that's it. Is good for the price, it's clean and the location is ok.

This B&B is very close to the bus terminal which makes travel to and from the airport pretty easy. In a slightly dodgy area, lots of street stalls with pushy stall holders preying on tourists. Very close to restaurants though which were just a short walk away. Felt quite safe in the B&B, lots of security gates & doors to get through before you reach the rooms. Very disappointed that there were renovations in the rooms right next to us, hammers, drills etc started every morning at 8am!

Some rooms are larger than others. We got a room in 96/A, but it was very clean and equipped with everything necessary. Fast wifi, a wardrobe, a safe, air conditioning, large windows, ceiling fan, TV. The bed we got was pieced together with 2 twin beds, and you can feel the ridge in the middle, and sagging around it. That was unpleasant. The shower is powerful. There's also a communal kitchen where breakfast is served. Basic stuff but convenient and plentiful.

This B&B is very well located in the city, it's just 3 minutes walk from the main train station and there are a lot of convenience stores/restaurants around it, the building of the hotel is lovely with a private garden (sadly there are no benches and tables). Clean room. It's just about 3 minutes walk to Santa Maria Maggiore and a further 15 minutes walk to Colosseum. The breakfast was at a pastry shop nearby and was authentically Italian, very good. The staff at the bakery were very friendly!

The facilities are just ok and it's just a few meters from Termini station which makes it well located, specially if you are moving by train. I didn't like that I wasn't given a paper where I could see the city tax, I just had to believe in the staff's word who, by the way, didn't tell me why they were charging more than I was told in the beginning. I would've liked to have the bathroom cleanes everyday.
