Very friendly and helpful staff. My plane was delayed untill the end of the afternoon and they let me store my luggage and use the facillties still. Top work!

Tired and old. Our ensuite bathroom was very dirty but that was due to the roommates we were sharing the room with. No parking which is a problem if you have a car. I don't feel it is worth the price they charge.

In this Hostel I had the best night I spend in New Zealand! The staff was very nice, even when we arrived at 11 pm to check in. A short walk to the city center and also to the nice beach. The other guys who stayed there were our age and cool to hang out with. Next time I go to NP, I\'ll stay at Ariki Backpackers again :)

Great location. Only spent a night here but was exceptionally good. The place was going through some renovation while I was there but pretty sure it's all touched up now!

The lock on the door from room 6 had previously been damaged and the locks were quite tricky as it would jam or get stuck, but either than that it was Wonderful

The place was lovely and clean, good location and the staff were amazingly helpful!
