This property has a 3 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.

Cancellation Policy: 3 days advance notice or 1st night penalty will be charged. Given Credit Card wll be used for Authorisation/garantee 3 days before arrival and must be therfore valid.
Payment accepted on arrival: Credit Cards (3% commision not included), Debit cards or Cash. Payment by creditcard must be signed by holder of used creditcard. If not present, the guest has to give a signed copy ID and Copy cc from owner as a permit of payment on arrival.
