Don't book this hostel! At least not on hostelworld. The owner does not get your booking. She is unable to cancel her account on hostelworld. Your booking on this page is worthless! Don't book with this hostel!!!! I had a reservation for the night of 31 December to see the fireworks from the balcony as promised on the hostels description. The day of the reservation we had a pick up organized after emailing the owner Patricia. After waiting an hour to be collected I phoned the hostel, at which point they denied our reservation claiming that they didn't work with hostel world and if we wanted the room we would have to pay almost 4 times the price advertised. Shocking hostel.

I called the morning of the reservation and was told by someone that she knew about my reservation but i needed to talk to the owner about it. Later, the owner told me she did not have my reservation - that she does not receive the reservations through hostel world. She said she still had beds available though but would charge 80$ per bed instead of 100$ for 6 as per the reservation. Nobody should make reservation with this bunch of liars. We could not stay there and i lost my reservation fee.
