The staff was awake with other tenets until 1 AM playing music and being EXTREMELY LOUD!!! We had nearly no sleep due to this. Very disappointed. They have signs around the hostel to keep the music down after 11pm but they don't listen to their own rules. Will never use again

Very warm welcome! On arrival we were greeted with tea and good conversation. Enjoyed the real coal fires in reception and living rooms. Accommodation was good, we had enough space and we were warm throughout our stay. Breakfast was good, kitchen facility and order was good. We met Arnie on our leaving morning,he was a very pleasant man! Well done sir! Best, Stephen

Cozy, homey atmosphere in a great location close to Queen's and a lot of shops/restaurants. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The place was nice and warm, the kitchen well-stocked, the beds comfortable, and they offer a good breakfast. Overall a great hostel: definitely stay here while in Belfast!
