online it's say that there is free breakfast, however, when we got there that wasn't the case anymore. Bunks were oddly sized and extremely unsafe. My bunk was so far off the ground and had no ladder. I could have fallen off and seriously hurt myself. Extremely unstable bunks. Wifi connection is extremely poor, as well, always going in and out of service. Only plus side to hostel was coal fireplaces and free coffee and tea.

Only 2 toilets and 2 showers for more than 25 persons... For sure it create many problems for the morning. Blancket were not cleaned, it smelled strong bad under arm. The rooms are too small; 8 beds compacted in a room which can have maximum 6. Good location and cute commun room but I will not recommended this hostel.

Very homely and cosy - maybe slightly more crowded than cosy. Ok rooms, ok bathrooms (shared), good but small kitchen, little lounge area. Location was about 20mins from bus station but was next to pick up point for our tour so that was good. Friendly people but don't expect too much in the way of big hostel facilities.

All in all a nice place to spend a few nights; reasonable value for money. Location is quite good, as Belfast is very walkable an the taxis are cheap. Nice but inexperienced staff is sometimes struggling to provide you with information about activities and the city. Rooms are clean but rather on the small side, which is okay for the price we paid.

A hostel with great character, perfect location and very friendly and helpfull staff. It's easy to meet other people there, and the tours offered are really good if you want to explore the city or the causeway.

Nice hostel! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and also the kitchen were clean and enough equipated but maybe the room was too small and they didn't have enough bathrooms. But is a good option if you don't want to break your pocket!

When I arrived at Arnie's the lovely staff invited me in out of the rain, sat me down in front of the fire, and made me a hot cup of coffee - the perfect welcome! The place is quite cozy and I was made to feel right at home. If you're looking for a relaxed place with loads of atmosphere I can't recommend Arnie's enough. If you're looking for a party hostel, for god's sake stay away! You won't find what you're looking for and you'll ruin it for everybody else. Thanks to everyone at Arnie's!

Great place. Only issue is there seems to be a group of people who are semi permanent residents and treat it like a workers\' hotel. Also some late night parties that seemed to involve a bunch of people who were not even staying there. Other than that - great place.
