Very nice place! I'm doing interrailing and this is one of the best hostels on my trip so far! You get sheets and a towel and the staff were really nice! Stat here!!
The hostel is awesome, the facilities are big and clean, great security and staff. You can have free wifi, towels, sheets, and more. You can pay with credit card, and can also pay breakfast in euros (totally worth it).
Well quite alright hostel. Very Nice staff which was helpful with laundry and others things. It is close to everything, and good wi-fi. But the other guests was very laud and screaming late at night on the main areas, so it was quite difficult to sleep. And Not a place for backpackers to meet others, but overall quite good otherwise.
The hostel is directly adjacent to Prague castle. Slightly out of the way of the centre and trams nearby don't go directly to the centre otherwise it's a 15/20 min walk. Do not book the 4 bed dorm. We wer in an attic with no door and sharing the room with about 16 other people, even though we paid more and the lockers were flimsy and small. Book the 6 bed dorms much nicer and more private.
A very nice hostel, very clean with lockers and a padlock provided however only provided with one padlock for one locker despite the booking was for two people-we needed two of the lockers but we had our own padlocks so it was okay for us. We had a room with an amazing view over the whole of Prague..almost better view than from the Castle. It is 5 minute walk up to the castle and about 20 minutes to the main Old Town Square. Not great for meeting people-only downside to it, no social area.
great hostel in good location, with very clean and spacious facilities.
nice beds with storage (they give you a lock). Sheets and towel are free, plus great shower and toilet facilities. Location is near the castle, which is great for sightseeing. If you plan to spend more time in Old Town, this is on the other side of the river, but a nice area with shops nearby. Easy 10 minute walk to the Charles Bridge and Old Town though.
Some people of the staff were not that nice. Very few WC and not private at all.
the only bad thing i can tell about the hostal is the amount of showers. One shower for 14 peolpe is not enough. And there was no option to use another one on another floor. :( Really bad. The atmosphere was ok. Not as freindly as im used to in other hostals, but it was good. The location is ecxellent! You can walk to the castle in less than 5 minutes. and the view is gorgeous up ther.
Stayed for 4 nights. It was good overall. But one of the staff(with short hair) is not friendly and unhelpful. There is a tour to cesky krumlov by the hostel but she tell me that no such tour available at the hostel with impolite manner. It disrupted my schedule and increase my cost to take the tour from other tour agent! She never apologize or whatsoever.
First hostel I ever stayed at, met really nice people, loved the place, the rooms were spacious and lockers were big. I would definitely recommend it..
It is a very good hostel which is in only 5 minutes walking from the Charles Brdige.Rooms and toilets were so clean and price is very good for these facilities. They have very big lockers for every guests in rooms.
Hostel itself is amazing, very cozy with big clean rooms. It is not old and is definitely designed with taste. However, it is a bit far from the city centre (15 min to the astronomical clock and is located on the other side of the bridge). Another disadvantage is it's located at the top of the hill, so going up with luggage is a little bit tricky, but we treated that as morning exercise.
Hostel right next to Prague castle, a short walk from Charles Bridge and the rest of Prague. Stayed in a 6 bed room, which was split into two rooms of 3..a bit inconvenient as a lot of people travel in pairs so you are likely to be in a different room than your buddy. There was also only one toilet and shower between us which got a bit hectic in the mornings. The staff were friendly and the wifi was fine. The lockers weren't very big; if you have a big bag you will have to store under the bed.
A good place to stay, so close to the castle!
It is located very close to the castle, which is located uphill! So save enough energy to get your luggage there. Staff is friendly. There is foreign change and laundry service - convenient for travellers.
Nice hostel, located in a beautiful neighborhood by the castle. It's outside of the hustle and bustle old town, which was nice, but if you're looking to go out it's a ten or fifteen minute trek across the river and up the hill to most of the nightlife. Overall pretty satisfied with my stay there.
I loved this hostel - it was gorgeous and in an excellent location for an excellent price! I would return here in an instant and have already recommended it to my friends. Clean, comfy, good wifi, good breakfast for a good price, overall a great deal. This place has it all!
I had a wonderful stay at Arpacay hostel. I was in Prague attending a conference and despite sleeping in a dorm room I was able to get plenty of sleep. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was a great diversity of other travellers- younger party goers, older explorers and everything in between. The kitchen was great for self catering,; there's also plenty of good places to eat near by, (including a vegan restaurant). The breakfast was good value for money too. Highly recommend!
