Too few shower rooms for too many guests. (Why lock up one of the three shower rooms that we could have?) Please don't wake guests up when it is only 10:20 for checking out when the check out time is actually 11:00.

The booking system online leads to misunderstandings if one arrives after 0:00. After booking for 3rd and 4th (2 nights, between 3rd-4th and 4th-5th) I said we'd arrive at 2:00, and it was wrongly understood that we'd arrive on the 3rd at 2:00 instead of 4th at 2:00. I'm unhappy that I didn't get any call/email when they cancelled our booking and we weren't informed until we arrived. Yet, I'm really happy about how the receptionist managed the situation: he quickly found us a place to stay.

Pretty good hostel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not much of an atmosphere though but overall a good experience.

Did not approve of having a shared toilet in the room with a door we were not allowed to lock, meaning that the contents of our bags always felt like they could be stolen. This also meant we were woken up by neighbous at various times throughout the night needing to use the toilet. Also the shower light required the whole room light to go on which woke us up when neighbours needed to shower in the night. The door to room was also incredibly thin and noise from other rooms could be heard clearly

The hostel was exactly what we needed it to be for our trip. Within a short walk of both the main square and the Jewish quarter, with a selection of bars and restaurants around it. Very good value for money by booking far enough in advance. The rooms were good, though a couple of the bunk beds were a little unstable, but comfortable enough. The free wifi was a good addition. Only criticism would be the 3 shower/wc rooms only for the number of guests. Creates a bit of a queue in the mornings!

Upon arriving I was welcomed with a shot of vodka. Hostel has 3 toilets and showers. Very secure building and warm staff.

Staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Wifi worked well in the reception but was very spotty in the bedrooms and common area. There are only two bathrooms which was fine because i was there during off-season, however, if youre a big group this may prove to be a bit difficult.

Very clean hostel. Staff always around. Mattress was thin but apart from that couldn't fault much. Included breakfast is just bread with cheese / salami or cereal.

We have agreed on private bathrooms, and instead we were provided shared ones, not only with the residents of our floor, but with the rest of the hostel visitors, which made the use of bathrooms very poor and we felt extremely uncomfortable to use them as we would desire. Moreover, we had agreed upon having one room of 10 persons, and instead two out of the 9 persons of our group had to sleep on a shared room with 4 other persons.

We spent a very short time at the hostel but we it was very good. It is a beautiful renewed building with simple clean and warm rooms. There is a wide common living roo and a little nice kitchen. Shared toilets are comfortable. The guys at the reception was really very friendly and helpful, they gave us lots of suggestions about what to do in Cracow and they was very useful in the booking of guided tours. They welcomed us with typical vodka and they were very nice

Very very friendly staff and good location!! I definitely recommened it!!

How could I review it as we were transferred to another hostel without even telling us that they were full ( when I had booked my room of course... ) . Lousy organization

Only a short walk from the main square, hidden bars in the opposite direction (Ask for the Jewish district) cheap! Only bad thing to say is the tours they book are extremely overpriced. Pays to walk towards the main square for better deals. Otherwise a decent choice for a weekend away.
