I have travelled a lot in all of the world and this hostel us one if the best ones ever. The stuff was wreally helpful and friendly, the location perfect. It was clean and i felt perfectly safe. I wolud recommend this hostel to anyone who travels on a low budget. The only thing there is to complain about was the included breakfust, very poor and not that tasty. But the fact that it was included was great.

Nice Hostel with an excellent position near the city center. Just on negative point: we asked for a receipt but we are still waiting for that (after 3 weeks).

We had a very pleasant stay at Ars Hostel. The hostel is located +-10 minutes by walk from Rynek Glowny and 5 minutes of Kazimierz, which makes it an excellent location to visit the different parts of the city. The room, bathrooms, toilets and kitchen were clean, the breakfast was simple but ok, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The price/quality is really good. We would definitely recommend this hostel!

I've stayed in numerous hostels over the years, from Costa Rica to London, and Ars Hostel might be the BEST one yet. Everyone on staff really went the extra mile, and everyone was friendly. The facilities were bright, modern, and clean. My only complaint, and it's a minor one, is that the showers had detachable shower heads, and for some reason the mount on each one was missing or broken off, so you have to hold the shower head while you shower. A minor annoyance. But the showers were hot!!!

Anna and the other guys (one whose name I can't remember but he worked hard and was great) were amazing host. Very secure location. Quiet and convenient. Walking distance to major attractions. I walked to Schindlers Factory from here even though quite a ways in the winter. A bit cold but it was an abnormal winter. Kitchen is a bit small. There weren't many people there when I was there so I had the run of the place. Oh, and the free vodka FLOWS here. Loved my stay

2nd time staying.. Loved free breakfasts & yummy coffee (Slawek even went out into the snow to buy us more peanut butter!). Loved free shots of vodka each evening. Would HIGHLY recommend this hostel. We all love the location - right under Wawel Castle near the river, but perfectly equidistant between the cool bars + restaurants of Jewish quarter & nightclubs + free walking tour starts of the Old Town. Would suggest improving the temperamental wifi & lukewarm showers (too cold in Winter!).
