Ars Hostel & Bar Reviews

The staffs are most friendly among all other hostels (about 30-40) I have ever visited. They treat you like a family member. They are ready for any support and help, at any time. Their suggestions are quite good. Location is slightly far from Central place but near to some other sites. And, actually you can see whole city by walking. Cleanliness is completely satisfactory too. I would suggest, just go for this hostel.

My second stay here. The 1st one was very good and this time it was the same. Close to the centre, but quiet location, friendly staff, breakfast included. Nothing to complain, to be honest. Mój drugi pobyt w tym miejscu. Nie różnił się od pierwszego - był bardzo udany. Blisko do centrum, ale spokojne miejsce, super obsługa, śniadanie w cenie. Nie ma się do czego przyczepić :).

The Ars hostel was great! The staff brought us shots and cappuchinos. Our beds were made for us, and the staff cleaned the common area and bathrooms numerous times a day.

great hostel with a cozy atmosphere and nice rooms. Very clean too and very friendly staff.Only complaint is that the heating wasn't turned on and it was freezing in my room at night!

Great hostel, run by a great bunch of people who keep the place SPOTLESS! Welcoming shots of blackberry vodka was amazing and great place to meet some amazing people. Make sure you have one of their free cappuccinos in the morning with breakfast! Delicious.

Staff was absolutelly, extremelly helpful all times, since changing a bed sheet, to given hundreds of advices on where to go, why and etc. Beds and sheets weren't the best, but manegable. Had some problems with the showers, but they where fixing them when I left.

Ars is a fantastic hostel! Great location, kitchen, very clean and the friendliest and most accommodating staff I've met. They made our beds daily, bought us biscuits and offered hot tea or coffee. The hostel smells so nice and has a great common room with a computer to use. Thanks also to the staff for taking us out for a great night! I cannot recommend this hostel enough.

Great, comfortable and smallish hostel, very secure, good location in quiet area about a 10 minute walk from the city centre. Small shops nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Made us delicious cappuccinos every morning and left cookies in our dorm. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

I am travelling around the world, and this place is the best hostel I have stayed. The place is very clean, safe, well located, the breakfast is delicious!!!! but the most important thing, the staff.... the guys are really nice, friendly, helpful, trying always to make the guest feel home. They gave us a welcome drink, and everyday the owner left cookies in our room and offered us coffee or something to drink. Thank you very much guys!!!!!!

Very clean hostel, in perfect location, with everything you need for a short holiday. Hostel staff was very very very kind and always helpful.They have no problem to communicate in English. I was shocked that they even cleaned the dishes after us more times during the day. If I visit Krakow, I´ll definitely pick this hostel again. (Hey Slawek - " hory, lesy jebnime si ")

It's a pretty nice hotel and staff very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was also good and the location is perfect.

We had an awesome stay at Ars Hostel & Bar! The hostel itself was really cute and clean. Four of us stayed and we got two lockers to put our valuables in, which was great. The staff was always friendly and overwhelmingly helpful - they gave us maps and showed us how to get to all the main sites. They also booked us a tour for Auschwitz that picked us up from the hostel! We were even given breakfast early on Sunday because we had to leave early. Definitely stay here!

Excellent staff , always willing to help and advise where necessary and able to communicate in English. Cleanliness of the place is always in tip top condition.

a hostel to recommend...great location, nice lovely decorated common room (the music was on, the candles lit, making you feel like being in your own living room) , bathroom and dorms themselves as well,. i got a special HW rate for 6 euro per day and you know, i would have payed more 'cause this hostel deserves it! not to forget rafael, slawek and the other guys who work there ! if it was cold outside, they would make us worm with a nice shot of polish liqueur. and the coldness disappeared..

I enjoyed my stay. The hostel is well located near to the old town and Kazimierz. It's super-friendly and welcoming, and my room was clean and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!
