Great stay. Clean, safe, great atmosphere. The staff was so helpful, they made our stay in Krakow worndeful. We love Adam. Literally the worst aspect of the hostel was that their mirrors in the bathroom was to low but that is no fault of their own. Honestly one of the best hostels iv ever stayed in.

A great hostel with a really nice atmosphere. The rooms are clean and bright with comfy beds. The staff were helpful and made me feel really welcome. The hostel is located close to the old town which can be walked to in just a couple of minutes.

This place was absolutely awesome! Location was prime, the facilities were great, Slawek and the staff were all amazing and so helpful. Everything was perfect. I would recommend this hostel to anyone, and if I return to Krakow I will definitely stay here again.

I loved the atmosphere and the staff there. We had long and interesting discussions that made me love Poland. Please, just try to avoid binge drinkers who poisoned my stay.

The staff were unbelievably helpful, they would help you with anything that you needed. I have stayed at a variety of hostels throughout Europe and ARS had the best staff by a long way. The hostel is in a superb location and has a very homely feel. It is perfect for a few days to stay and relax. I would reccomend this hostel to anybody who is visiting Krakow.

ARS HOSTEL is 10 minutes from the centre of Krakow and is a comfortable, very friendly place to stay. Little extras greet you when you enter your room such as; a little bowl of sweets or savoury snacks! I met Adam and Thomas, who were both very kind and wanted to ensure I had any information I needed regarding transport links, places to see etc. The hostel, has all that you need and has a cosy lounge area where you can relax if needed. I would definitely go back there.

Simply AMAZING! The staff was probably the best thing this hostel has to offer. Friendly, helpful, they were really kind and took the time to inform us appropriately on what needs to be seen in Krakow! The location is great, 10minute walk to the historical city center.! I can only recommend it!! :)

Very convenient location and a hostel run by the nicest couple.

Absolutely loved my time here! The place was beautiful and extremely well located (3 minutes from the Jewish Quarter and 7 minutes or so from the Main Square). I would definitely recommend it! I was travelling alone and felt extremely safe and welcomed.

The hostel was very nice. The staff were very friendly and they helped us in everything we needed. The room was big enough and it was pretty clean.

I really liked the place and enjoyed my stay there, the only thing which I would comment on was that it was quite cold in the smaller rooms..

It was amazing. Whole group (of 10 people) was satisfied. Next time in Cracow - definitely in Ars Hostel.

The staff were brilliant and the facilities were perfect for the price. I myself found the Ars hostel through other reviews and I'm more than happy to highly recommend it to anyone. One of the guys working there Adam is a legend. 95% alcohol with game of roulette. I'll say no more
