Ars Hostel & Bar Reviews

Ars Hostel is excellent in every aspect and far exceeds expectations anyone would have of a hostel. Slawek and his team are probably the warmest people you will find in Krakow. The 10-bed dorm is very spacious and individual lockers are in the room for use free of charge. Free wifi + common computer in the living for all to use. There's also a huge, cosy and warm living room with sofas, tv & music. Hot water in shower is reliable. EXCELLENT! Will definitely stay here again if I return to Krakow.

I stayed in quite a few hostels around eastern europe, but I gotta appreciate the great stay we had at this lovely place! Staff was totally friendly, welcoming and helpful. Very familiar athmosphere with a nice living room and kitchen I cannot overrate the cleanliness of the toilets, showers and kitchen - excellent! Rooms n sheets also of course Great location in a quite road in between the old town and Kazimierz. Definitely a recommendation!

Krakow is a very nice city, the staff was excellent and very nice. The centrum is just few steps away and party locations are in the near as well ;) Sadly it was a bit cold inside, the heater doesn´t work so much. All in all nice trip, nice hostel and great staff!

Slawek and Norbert are nice people, they were always there to help. The hostel is nice, it's like being at home! They even offered vodka shoots by free!

Charming staff, good location, everything within reach (jewish quarter brilliant for pubs n food, city center across the street as well), felt very comfy.

The staffs are most friendly among all other hostels (about 30-40) I have ever visited. They treat you like a family member. They are ready for any support and help, at any time. Their suggestions are quite good. Location is slightly far from Central place but near to some other sites. And, actually you can see whole city by walking. Cleanliness is completely satisfactory too. I would suggest, just go for this hostel.

My second stay here. The 1st one was very good and this time it was the same. Close to the centre, but quiet location, friendly staff, breakfast included. Nothing to complain, to be honest. Mój drugi pobyt w tym miejscu. Nie różnił się od pierwszego - był bardzo udany. Blisko do centrum, ale spokojne miejsce, super obsługa, śniadanie w cenie. Nie ma się do czego przyczepić :).

BEST HOSTEL EVER. I came here for the first time on the 17th of November 2011 for four nights. The hostel is a cosy, friendly and small scale.. not a commercial business. The staff will take such good care of you and literally go out of their way to make your trip excellent. This included free vodka shots every night as we were leaving, detailed advice, fixing all my little problems and even bringing me a cappuccino to my bed when i was hungover! Not just on one night either. This was the same for others

The Ars hostel was great! The staff brought us shots and cappuchinos. Our beds were made for us, and the staff cleaned the common area and bathrooms numerous times a day.

Great little hostel! Convenient location, staff was really friendly and the cappuccinos at breakfast were amazing!
