One of the worst hostels in London (I've been to approx. 20 different). The dorms are cramped to the point that you can hardly move between the beds at all. Most showers are simply destroyed and the floor in front of the showers is so broken that there are large water pools.
The toilets were too small & door latch was broken so you had to take a poop hoping no one would push the door wide open. So some would hold their hand against the door while others would hum songs so that peopple outside know that someone has occupied the bathroom. Few of the bathing cubicles are had unhinged doors so you had to have a bath in full view of the others using the cubicles next to yours. Fortunately the men & women baths were separate & saved an embarrassing encounter or two.

Showers were tiny, and scalding hot water! Mattresses were so thin, back hurt! Black mold on walls. Top bar broke off when climbing to top bunk and I fell and could've really hurt myself. Staff were nice. Basic free breakfast. Not easy to meet new people.
There were mushrooms growing in one of the showers!!! the rest of them were very mouldy and I doubt the bed sheets were clean. Paying a bit more and staying in a cleaner place is totally worth it. The smell of the room was very bad and the fan on the bathrooms very noisy so it wakes you up every time someone needs to use the toilets. breakfast is tea, cereals and bread.
