My first time in Buenos aires. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave a lot of information about he city, and recommendations on what to do. I was pleasantly surprised and happy with my stay.

The hostel staff made the rainy time in Buenos Aires a good time :) I got greeted with a big smile and felt at home from the first moment thanks to Diego and Dannyboy at the reception! The hostal is like the name says a piece of art and the patio are a great apot to meet new people. The lovely house lady's made us great hostal breakfast the next morning (eggs included) TOP!

Very good location (just a short walk to Plaza de Mayo and a number of subway stations) with friendly staff. For the price I paid (around 100 ARS per night), I can't complain too much. The hostel is quite small and feels a little cramped, and the showers and toilets aren't super clean. The rooms and beds are pretty old but they serve their purpose. Breakfast wasn't that great, but most hostel breakfasts aren't. Super-fast and reliable WIFI.
The Art Factory has every thing you need for your stay in Buenos Aires. Its located in San Telmo which has a lot of great eating spots right around the area, the hostel staff are really friendly and helpful. The city bus stop and tube stations are close by & There is good wifi and a great bar. Some times the showers can be a bit hit and miss but over all its a great hostel. Check it out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I only stayed here for a night before changing to another hostel. It's centrally located, but the atmosphere wasn't great and the wifi was so slow it wouldn't work for me.
Beautiful building. Lively, social, enjoyable. Rooms and overall interior felt a bit dark to me, windows are not a strong point. But I was a bit grumpy at that time so more sensitive. Lockers and safe room for bags after checkout look very solid. Cannot bring you own booze, but this seems to be normal for hostels around here. Location close to the nice streets of San Telmo, but immediate neighborhood is not the best or safest. Terrace is nice. Wifi was ok.
Good: the beds were super comfy, the place was secure, it had a good atmosphere to meet other travellers, most of the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great (scrambled eggs, cereals, bread). Bad: the kitchen is ridiculously small with limited stuff to cook with, the showers were very temperamental with the hot water, and the toilets were constantly getting blocked. You definitely need good earplugs because all noise echoes through the corridors.
Good location, but the hostel NEEDS to give directions on how to arrive!! It is not easy to figure out from the bus station and it took me a long time to get there. The guy working in reception is awesome, but one person on for 90 guests is ridiculous - they need more staff there at check-out time. There is a nice upstairs terrace and the rooms are fine, lockers provided. Tiny kitchen with barely any facilities - not a single spatula or tea towel. Fine place to stay, but some improvements needed
One of the best hostels we stayed at in Argentina, the staff was incredibly friendly and could give a lot of information about the city and what to do/where to go etc. There are really nice common areas and a rooftop terrace. The centre and many nice shops and restaurants in San Telmo are walking distance, subway is very close. They have good breakfast and the atmosphere in the hostel is great! Would definitely stay there again
The bathrooms were not always that clean & the facilitates in the kitchen are pretty poor so if you like to cook it mat not be the place for you. The staff were absolutely awesome, friendly and incredibly helpful..particularly Danny Boy & Diego. I loved this hostel mostly for the awesome rooftop terrace. Such a great space to relax and hang out. I would stay again.
Great hostel with amazing artwork. What more could u want?
Great hostel, amazing fiendly staff, great location, this hostel has everything you could need an ATM, information about the city, they can book your next hostel. The breakfast is great, wifi is quick. Can't think of anything bad. Stay here :)
Hostel is not so good like is it described, staff is helpful but too busy, here is always queue if you wish to ask something, too small bathrooms, poor breakfast.Dormitory in front of terrace/smoking area the worst! You can not sleep,as there always people coming to smoke/talk/drink just opposite your room window, lockers not useful-too small, overpriced drinks.Moved to another smaller, cheaper hostel, where I had great, warm chat with locals, instead of annoying travellers who do not talk to you at all..
We really enjoyed our stay at the hostel as it is really social and has a lovely terrace area. Breakfast ends at 11am which is brilliant and The scrambled eggs are a nice addition. The kitchen is too small and unequipped for the size of the hostel making it difficult to cook in the evenings.
Unfriendly staff, dirty bathrooms, small and smelly rooms
Large hostel that is not my cup of tea for socializing purposes. It has a bar, which is common in Buenos Aires, but I don't like. That said, most hostels in BA are similar.
The staf were really helpfull. The kitchen is small with limited utensils.
