The hostel was so so helpful when i went on line to book,when my flight was delayed 3hrs leaving Sydney they still arranged my pickup from the airport. On arrival to the hostel i had a very friendly greeting by great staff there English is good. The rooms are very clean, warm,comfortable beds,good showers plenty of hot water, good breakfast. On arrival back they gave me breakfast and a hot shower even though i was not staying the nite. In summing up a terrific place to stay for all ages Richard
