In the living area there is a dining area with a huge windows and a sofa bed for two. This artistic flat is complete with mind blowing art which can be bought if you desire.
The stylish kitchen comes with everything you need to make your own meals. It has a dishwasher, oven and all other cooking utensils necessary.
This apartment has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. Bed linen, sheets and blankets are supplied.
Towels are provided for your use when utilizing the bathroom which has bath tub, sink, shower and toilet.
Oost & Watergraafsmeer is situated south-east of the city center. This area is teeming with bars serving drinks, restaurants preparing awesome food, places of retail businesses and supermarkets where you can make purchases.
The best way to travel is by public transport. Two train stations are in range and the tram line nine takes you directly to the city center.

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 25 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 10 am - 3 pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
