Amazing place, the staff was super friendly, the people at the hostel where friendly, and the location was perfect. The town too is super friendly and beautiful. The hostel itself was filled with art which made the vibe very lively. The beds where good quality for a hostel and didn't have any problems with bathrooms, showers, or faculties. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back next time I'm in Prague.
You have to walk 10 to 15min to main square. Kitchen, toilet, shower room is not clean enough. I did not want to use them. The room and common area is average.
Good location between Republic Square (Náměstí Republiky) and the central bus station (Florenc), beautiful decoration, kind and helpful staff, simple but free buffet breakfast until 11 o'clock, reliable showers, free lockers. The only downside in my dorm was a saggy bed.
This Hostel was made for you and me.

This hostel was great! Super friendly staff and a nice social atmosphere! The wifi was ok in the rooms and the bathrooms were clean but always had a smell. The staff are really helpful with suggestions. Loved this cozy hostel!
Do yourself a favor and stay here. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area. They helped me book tickets, recommended restaurants and bars, and suggested activities. The atmosphere was cheery and they even have a weekly goulash feast!
In a city where hostel culture has seemingly died and been replaced by soulless pseudo hostels which are obviously owned by non-travelers just trying to cash in, art hole hostel is a refreshing exception. A true hostel where one can actually meet other travelers and mingle with the local staff. The facilities are clean and comfortable, plenty of bathrooms and showers and a very nice free breakfast. This is my fifth or sixth hostel stay in Prague and by far the best.
More of a chilled hostel than party hostel, lots of cool people real chilled.
Nice smaller hostel with good facilities and kitchen, breakfast included and friendly staff :) bit more laid back which was good after being in other busy cities but not really a party hostel if that's what you're looking for. Good communal area and easy to meet people.
The hostel is lovely - beautiful art everywhere. The location is fantastic, its great value for money and the staff was very helpful. The only not so great factor - were the bathrooms - tiny and stinky. 2 bathrooms between 15+ people is not enough, especially when they are so tiny that your knees are touching the door! (separate shower areas though)
Nicely decorated hostel in a calm street, great breakfast included!
Art Hole hostel is located in VERY centre - its just a matter of minutes to get to old town, best clubs and restaurants in area :) it's too good for that price! Very colorful wirh extraordinary wall designs, small library, computer for quests (you may use free of charge), fast wi-fi, nice breakfast included, towels on demand, SUPERCLEAN SHOWERS AND BATHROOMS and even better than all that: really nice, multi lingual, professional reception! Big thank you and a bow for Jana, Amanda an Felipe! :)))
The staff at Art Hole was really helpful and kind. They offered to arrange public transportation passes, and cinema and theater tickets. They also recommended the best, affordable, authentic Czech restaurant we ate at during our stay. In short, the hostel was delightful. It's not a party hostel, but people were still very sociable, hanging out in the common room chatting, playing cards, and drinking beer during the evening. 10 bed dorm was roomy and there were lockers for each bed.

Really great homey and cosy hostel. Decent, not hotel style but that's the point, more like a home. Close quarters means meeting people is easy. Facilities are decent, they work. Stay here is homeyness is your thing.
Nice place to stay. Staff were excellent and very willing to go out of their way to help. Located fairly centrally and you could easily walk to major destinations. The breakfast was fairly decent and given that it was free, I can't really complain about it. However, they need to reassess the size of their toilets and showers as its pretty cramped and inconvenient to use. Other than that, it was a nice hostel
Friendly stuff and good vibe. I really enjoyed it. I do recommend this hostel.
The Art Hole hostel is an awesome, small hostel located near Old Town Square. The staff was very nice and the atmosphere was chill. They provide huge lockers for your valuables for free too which is a plus! Definitely recommend staying there during your time in Prague!
Cool atmosphere and very close to bus station. Lots of spiders in kitchen
I liked that the location is away from main tourist areas but still close to everything. The staff is awesome. It's quite a chilled out place.
