To be bit more clear about the breakfast. Didn't know what was private and what was for customers.

I think it is a good place to stay but there are some cons: - not so close to the subway (subte) - small and dirty kitchen - very small area in the refrigerator to put something - it's a house with its structure, so sometimes isn't so good, as I said, because the kitchen, but laundry, we have not a staff all the time available...

It is convent to transportation to tourist sites clean, and kept up very well. Good value for the money, and you couldn't ask for a better host than Rodulfo. Ask him to make his chipati for breakfast. Hal

Were looking for some peace and quiet after staying at a terrible hostel in town but unfortunately this place is right beside the train line and it was hard to get any sleep. The host was very nice but the room myself and my sister were put in the second night we stayed in was unacceptable. There was a genuine misunderstanding, our host presuming we were married, but the room was not fit for guests in any case.

We really felt at home here. Very nice room with comfy bed. The location is pretty good; 10 to 15 minutes by train into the city centre. Breakfast is basic (toast, juice and coffee). On the whole very good value.
