Really cool hostel, very relaxed and very art oriented!

Booked very late on the day, so the hostel didn't actually have a record of my booking, and were fully booked ( an issue with booking through hostel world last minute). However immediately and very helpfully found us a place to stay just down the road, in an old ladies guest house for the night. The atmosphere looked very chilled and everyone seemed friendly.

horrible cherbeno bino at the bar. For 3 levas!!! In a big plastic bag...the only thing we didn't enjoy.

The worst hostel I've been. Room was overbooked and it felt like staff didn't care about anything or anyone. Breakfast was average. Nice garden.

Everything included. Breakfast is okay. The bars great, but you have to get down early or there is nowhere to sit. It's open to the public and there is very little stopping them getting Into your rooms with no lockers. Wifis great and two PCs in lobby as well. The staff aren't very knowledgeable about sofia though in my experience.

Room was overbooked, staff were to stoned to figure out what was going on, rude about it like i should stop bothering him. Bar is cool, location good...fine if you want a partyish spot.

A great hostel to visit (but maybe not stay). It has a beautiful garden, art etc but somethings were poor. We stayed in a 3 bed private with a shared bathroom on the same floor with some other rooms. That "shared" bathroom must also be an ensuite bathroom to another room because they can enter it from their room (whilst you are showering!-u cannot lock that door) and lock the bathroom from their side (there's no way for u to unlock it). great having to wake guests up to unlock the shared bathroom

Hostel staff are super friendly! We got a lovely private room as we were going to be waking up very early each day for a conference. Choosing this hostel was not a mistake! Great atmosphere, good affordability, good location and great staff made our stay a pleasure!

The staff wasn't very friendly. The garden and the bar was very cool. The cleanliness was average.

It was one of the worst experiences of our trip. You have to take the warning serious, you won't have any chance for sleep there. They have parties every night, and with party I mean really loud music. It was so loud that the bass vibrated our beds. And they don't stop at midnight, that's when they start... it's cool that they are popular in Sofia, with lots of locals hanging around, but they are hanging out (and having drinking games) right outside our door. The staff didn't mind.

Good place, good service. Garden is great.

Lovely hostel- very hipster- nice staff, good internet and good vibe. Well located just off the main shopping street in Sofia. But VERY overpriced for Bulgaria. You are paying almost twice the normal rate. They also need to upgrade some of the facilities and locks and maybe have extra bathrooms. For the price they are charging you should expect a modern boiler so the hot water in the shower doesnt run out after 3 minutes. .

Facility is gorgeous-really showcases its community art & unique vibe. Breakfast is wonderful selection and very comfortable set-up. Bar could be a bit overwhelming at night; in order to get to our rooms we had to wade through the flock of locals who came to the bar each night. Compared to other hostel experiences, staff was polite and extremely helpful but lacked in sociability. Bartenders definitely weren't the friendliest. Would still recommend!

Located in one of the coolest little enclaves of the center/ Sofia uni area. The art is cool, you get breakfast, and there's the hip bar downstairs with comfy couches where some locals hang out. However, the thudding sounds from the bar downstairs does come up to the bedrooms. Not too bad, but something to keep in mind if that might bother you. There are lots of brochures about activities/hostels both in Bulgaria and elsewhere in the Balkans. Bathrooms might be inadequate during busy season.

staff service is swift and friendly, and breakfast plentiful. the best thing about the bar downstairs is that it is not only frequented by hostel guests; plenty of locals drop in too, which gives you a chance to have more interesting talks about sofia (and bulgaria) than the average "what to do, what to see" thing that you tend to get with other foreigners. the perfect place to spend a week in a snowy, off-season sofia (though i guess it would be equally perfect in summer).
