Great location and nice breakfast. The rooms were very basic with no storage lockers. Wifi worked well. Main staff at the desk was in a seperate room in a different part of the building (don't listen to their recommendation about eating pizza at their restaurant... There are infinitely better places!)

way overpriced. loud. bad location. do not recommend.

Security : there is NO security, everything is open to anyone to access everywhere, rooms are not locked (it is actually forbidden to do so) and the is NO locker, NO safe, nothing! Staff is rude with the customers (even more with the poor cleaning lady) although they sometimes seem to "try" to improve.

Good location but rude receptionist whom when we didnt have even change took the money saying she´ll pay us back later but later refused. No lockers, when we asked they said dont worry - it´s okay we´re here! But actually after buisness hours no ones there. Someone throw up in the shower, when we first arrived there were wet towels and dirt all over the floor and they made our bed on arrival. Smell horrible and rude staff. But a good location indeed but I would never go back there.

Stayed with 3 Friends and we where in a 4 bedroom . 2 levels room . Very clean Small balcony in open area inside building

Don't really have a grab on what a hostel should be like. There is little info on what to do or see, tours etc. The common room is not enough as the wifi doesn't reach the bedrooms In web site it says 1 euro per towel, they charge 2 I've just stayed in much better paying less...

I really enjoyed the location but that was about it. The restaurant/bar located behind it was a great value and they treated us to some delicious dessert :) I would stay elsewhere next time.

Very average hostel with a good location next to the piazza Dante. Walking distance from everywhere. The restaurant downstairs serves good pizza. Overall good value for money.

Not too far of a walk from the Metro which is great. Check in wasn't super friendly or informative about the area. Rooms are okay and the bathrooms were always pretty clean. You have to go to the common area to get wifi, always annoying. Free breakfast was great, and so is the discount for the restaurant downstairs.

I disliked Naples

10 bed dorm,4 nights. People at reception: not very obliging/ become aggressive if they think there is a problem. Do not make the mistake and change beds without telling them! They have some kind of "system". If you do not "obey" they throw your stuff on the all dusty floor and give the bed to so. else. Room: dusty, dirty, 1 bathroom for 10 people, beds stand very close to each other, no lockers, front door is open all the time, doors to rooms can not be locked! No kitchen, no extra restroom..

Cleaned daily. Don't try to switch beds or they'll move all your stuff. Staff doesn't speak much English. NO KITCHEN/MICROWAVE/FRIDGE. Good stay. Wi-Fi, computer access.

It's a very good hostel... well located, comfortable, clean, good atmosphere and a very kind staff (Noemi is the best ever!) Thanks for everything! (by the way, the breakfast is included but only the first day!)

There were fleas in the beds! We all got bitten to shreds.

The hostel overall was decent. A bit of a walk from the train station but not to bad. The room was clean and the on-suit bathroom was cleaned every day. The restaurant attached to the hostel is very convenient and has good cheap pizza! The feel of the hostel was a bit more like a hotel though and there wasn't really a common area to relax in and meet people.

This is a great hostel for anyone. You will meet fantastic people and have a brilliant time. Naomi at reception is incredibly helpful, and Nadia and Adib do a great job at maintaining the facilities. Everyone is very warm and welcoming and I will definitely return! Thank you :)

Super location, close to everything! Good breakfast, and the staff was really friendly. Thanks for the help with my lost luggage! :)

Hated this hostel!! Do not stay here! Smelt bad and doors didn't shut properly!felt uneasy in the hostel and staff spoke very little English and didn't seem to know what was going on! One key between 3people and reception closes at night so can't buzz in!One member of staff took our passports off us then wasn't around the next day to give the back we had to come back at 6pm if we had been getting flights we would have missed them! Awful do not go!!!!

Upon booking, the picture of the facility was so attractive.. We spent time looking for the hostel which looked alike it but could not find such place. The front door looked worse than any hing that I could imagine. The lady reception with the strange hairdo was the worst reception I ever encountered in 30+ years of traveling. I used to stay in some hostels in Switzerland and Germany about 5 years ago, those facilities were awesome. So this was the worst experience ever.

It was a basic stay, we wasn't planning on staying long so it more a pit stop than anything. Nothing really stood out.
