The Art in Accommodation treated guesses such as myself very unfairly. We arrived on time as I had stated when doing booking, they said they were overbooked, and they required us to move to different place, since they did not have room. They gave me a map with a point, where should I go instead. It took me around 15 min to find place, It was further from center and train station Termini. The guy here was informed about us, but his accommodation was full also, so we directed us to neighborhood.

Is a very good place to stay in Rome... the hostel is an apartment and you have privacy and a good position at a low price.

The hostel's owner is a real friendly guy who speaks good english and is willing to help you whenever you're stuck. You get coupons that allow you to have a quick breakfast ( at a cafe a couple of minutes from the hostel ) which includes coffee and a croissants or whatever they have that particular day. Location is great, a real privilege, collosseum and termini within walking distance! Room was so lala, actually the matress was probably one of the last things you would want to sleep on.

Rooms were pretty and big, but the cleaning lady who was mean and didn't clean our room even once. The other one, who seemed to work only on weekends, was nice and did clean our room. There was no light on the hall and the shower clogged all the time. Our neighbours were filthy and they left the bathroom flooded and really dirty. And the building were they sent us had no doorbell from the street. Otherwise, it's well located if you like to walk around. Breakfast was three blocks away, but nice.
