We were very impressed at ArtHotel. Having stayed in places across Europe for similar prices, this hotel was probably the best place we stayed. Lovely staff and a really clean, tidy room. We did get confused initially though and ended up at another ArtHotel in Nuremburg, so make sure you don't make the same mistake when getting directions from the internet!

I specifically emailed the staff that my bus will be arriving at 9pm, to which I was informed that the reception closes at 10 so that should be no problem. When I got into the hotel at 9:15pm it was already closed, and nobody informed me prior as to what I'm supposed to do! There were no keys, no instructions, and nobody to help me. I finally called a number after 20 minutes and luckily got the keys. This kind of attitude is very irritating, especially when I was informed otherwise.
