Good location and pool was pretty nice, but staff were useless in answering questions and giving information. Does have a sauna and spa which is kind of nice. Shower was terrible in dorm room.

Generally a nice hotel, good service and friendly staff. The only negative thing to say is, that the shower leaked a lot and was therefore quiet noisy.

very good breakfast with fresh bread cooked there, good facilities with free swimming pool and sauna but mosquitoes at night and the room could have been a little cleaner...

This place was great. The best location to stay to see the Pamukkale travertines. The staff was fantastic. The room was clean and there was a great breakfast buffet. The staff was fabulous. It was more like staying in a hotel than a hostel.

Location is good (next to the drop off point of shuttle bus), though Pamukkale is small that it doesn't make any difference. Buffet breakfast is good and hot shower available whole day. Down side is the poor wifi connection in rooms which made us having to go to lobby for better connection. Overall, it has good value for money (although you may be able to get cheaper deal at Pamukkale without prior reservation during low season)

The breakfast they served is quite impressive since some local women sit right beside you and made traditional naan. Also they have a pool in the hotel!!

This hostel was great. The staff was amazing and the location as well. It was a two minute walk to the travertines. The free breakfast was awesome and they have free tea and coffee all day. We would definitely recommend this hostel.

Location is the reason to stay at this hostel. Somehow, they have a deal working where all the passengers from overnight buses get dropped off by minibus from Denizli to Pamukkale directly at their hotel lobby. The hotel staff will then try to sell you a tour of Pamukkale, travel arrangements to your next destination, hamam packages, etc. Once you overlook all this, the hostel is not a bad place to stay. It's the closest hostel to the Pamukkale site and the rooms are suffcient.
