Nice hostel-hotel with extra amenities. Hot pool is not very hot in winter, and masseuse was absent at my time of visiting, but the facilities and rooms are still exceptional for the price. Close to Pamukkale travertines and dinner options.
Good hostel but be careful about staff there. Some of them are not worth trust at all.
Great location, close to the travertines, great cafes, etc. The staff were very helpful with driving us to the travertines and helping us organize our ongoing buses, they even drove us to the bus stop in Denizli. Lots of food options at breakfast (usual Turkish breaky with added bonuses). There's even a nice looking swimming pool but the weather was too cold when we visited!

Very clean, good breakfast, lovely staff. It's an excellent location too. Would stay here again!
A good hostel with good facilities and good people.
Well this is more a hotel than a hostel. Was nice though! Would definitely recommend. Just one critic, which is common in many other turkish hotels: too pushy trying to sell the tours!!
The hot water in the shower was not hot enough. I could not take a shower because of this reason rest of my stay. I ended up catching a cold. When I claimed the situation, the manager tried to make up by allowing me to join a tour for free. The Japanese staff in the hotel gave me a special care too. She gave me a bunch of herb for my thermos so that I could have herb tea during the tour. The staff was friendly but facility is not comfortable for the mature age traveler.

For what İ paid it was excellent. Great swimming pool and outside area. The staff was friendly enough and helpful enough. The sauna and turkish bath were not available but it was really hot so İ didnt really ask to use them or anything. Coffee and Tea available all day long. Location was excellent. The part of the building where I was was quite old and the matress was not the most comfortable in the world but that is something I dont mind sacrificing if Im on budget.
Great location near the terraces and the swimming pool is a very nice extra in the summer time.
I got a small cut from the travertines, and the staff would not give me a band-aid.. The staff is known to hit on women here. My single room didn't look very clean.
we had booked a double room for two nights and when we arrived we only got a two separate beds separate room for the first night, as the double room had been given to someone else. This was very unpleasant, not to say unnaceptable, and the management did not offer any form of compensation. Apart from that, the hostel is very nice.
This hotel has a great location to access the hierapolis and terraces. Other then that it is very basic accommodation. Our room needed to have some simple maintenance that would have vastly improved it that included fixing the shower door that had completely snapped off and fixing the exposed wires on the built in hair dryer that got very close to being splashed when we tried to shower. Staff were reasonably helpful but lost interest when we didn't want to book any tours/buses etc with them.
Our room wasn't the best, but the pool is nice.
Loved this hostel - great location in Pamukkale, very near to the entrance of the site, with a swimming pool, simple but nice rooms and a barbecue in the evening. Staff friendly and helpful. Really nice place. Also free tea and coffee available all the time.
The property is extremely run down, there has been no up keep at all. It really makes you feel like they are just milking you for your money. There was also bed bugs in my neighbours room and all over the lobby floor. I thought my room was clear of them until I found one on my bag later. The bathroom smelled of mold, no soap. The staff are very pushy and annoying. They also offered me a free ride to the travertines and sent someone who had never driven a scooter to drive me. He crashed...
This was a great place to stay for the night while visiting Pamukkale. It is right in the center of town and everything walk-able distance from here. The room and the bathroom was immaculately clean. The swimming was definitely a bonus. There is free tea and coffee in the lounge too. Definitely stay here again.
I had a private room there for a very cheap price, the room was okay and it had A/C which is necessary during the summer! it is basicly a hotel with low prices...i booked a shuttle to the airport and the guy told me to be at reception at 5 p.m. and i got there at 4.48p.m. and the owner told me i had lost my shuttle! in the end he found another one which was 10 TL cheaper than his and the dinner they served, the meat was terrible! But there is a Sauna for free =)
